Google says this place is open till 2am but the employees kick you out before 1.30am saying it closes at 1.30am. what's even funnier, it's written 24hrs open on their window.

So I'm a student at McGill and I decided to eat my lunch there today, but I can't express how disappointed and disgusted I was when I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order, and I ended up getting a crispy chicken craveables that had raw chicken inside of it. I don't think I'll ever trust that store again. Be careful.

Horrible service, I'm a student at McGill and I used the app to order ahead because I'm in a rush to get to class. Then when I got there, they still haven't start my order and they even got the order wrong. I ordered the chicken noodle soup, and they gave me the broccoli soup.

Horrible service. First time they asked if I wanted everything on the bagel, then charged me extra without telling me, yet I didn’t know because their pos machine broke and there’s no receipt. Second time (today) I was yelled at by the staff, because “I didn’t respond to her saying double double”, while I was waiting for my number to be called to be sure it’s mine since there’s a lot of people. Yes you are busy, but that’s just rude. Plus, it tastes weird.

One of the worst Tim hortons locations in all of Montreal. The staffer soubhik is just unnecessarily rude,and shortchanges customers to another level. Avoid this location for a poor customer experience

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. We waited 11 minutes for one coffee and one refresher. They completely forgot about our order and it was almost impossible to get a staff members attention, and when we finally managed to ask for our order they had no idea what we were asking for because they hadn’t cleared any of the previous orders and couldn’t find ours. The coffee pots were disgusting and expired, food prep area was a mess, the overall cleanliness was not satisfactory at all. We were completely put off, we threw out our drinks because of the appearance of the restaurant.

Would leave 10* if I could. In this age of labour shortage, almost midnight on a rainy Wednesday, with a 20+ minute walk left up a steep hill to Pine Ave for my car…..I’m forever grateful this location is open. Saved my life, polite service, poor guy is doing everything himself and I was served my 4 items in 2 minutes. God bless, I needed that……
