Was having trouble sourcing cedar for some raised garden beds that wasn't pressure treated (thanks Rona), and The WoodSource came through!Great experience, the mill was awesome to see and Rob helped me pick up the best boards, was super knowledgeable and overall he was just terrific through out!

Great customer service. Worked with Nic and he was very helpful and always responsive. There was a slight issue, but Nic fixed it right away without any hesitation. Jason, the delivery guy, was very friendly and delivered the wood within the scheduled window. Appreciate the email notifications about the order and delivery status updates. Awesome place for anyone who likes to work with wood. Excellent choice of many types of wood, from basic flooring for your rec-room, to that bit of exotic hardwood you need to make a special gift for your favourite grandkid. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly and they will hekp you find the perfect materials for your project, be it large or small. They have lots of odd-sized bits that are availbale for a very reasonable price and if you are looking for garden stakes or kindling, they always have a pile of free scraps available at the front entrance. I sometimes go there just to look at all the cool wood types they have and wonder where they all came from!

Great experience with these guys. I replaced the columns on the front of my house with 8x8 Douglas fir. Everything I needed was made available to me. Great place to work with.

I've had a relationship with The WoodSource team for over 10 years and always had a good experience. This is a family owned business that takes their clients' needs seriously and delivers on their promises.

The quality between the WoodSource and the big box stores is night & day. I was impatient to start my project and bought a few cedar boards from a well known store, but had to search and search for half decent looking pieces. Fortunately I ordered the bulk of my supplies from the WoodSource. Delivery guy was super friendly and efficient and all the the cedar looks beautiful. Very nicely packaged too!

Fantastic selection of products and incredible service. When I went to pick up my order Rob was extremely helpful, answered all of my technical questions and was even nice enough to help me load the lumber into my car. Definitely will be returning thanks to Rob and his great customer service!
