Scheduled an appt. to have iPhone battery replaced. Luke waited on me and literally took no more than 5 minutes to replace it! He was super cool and friendly, which is appreciated! Store is clean and well-lit. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Love this store!

I was on a cross country road trip and had to have my phone for GPS. I ended up dropping it into a mud puddle. The young man who served me that day was beyond helpful and got me on my way in a short time without breaking the bank. Your kindness is much appreciated and definitely did not go un noticed. had to have them fix a crack in the screen on my note 8 only thing is they did not have the grey screen in stock so now i have a 2-tone note which is perfectly fine, actually looks kinda cool. workmanship was excellent, customer service was excellent, repair time was fantastic, it only took them 1 1/2 hrs to replace the screen. just happened to be a bit pricey at 280$ but not having to wait 2+ weeks to fix it through insurance was definitely worth the price. If it ever happens again i will definitely be going back to them.

Thomas was very helpful in fixing my cracked phone screen. I was lucky they had one in stock and it was a quick same day repair. Also, Thomas was thorough in explaining how some of the other parts of my phone were damaged and the parts were replaced at no additional cost. Great service!

Friendly staff, complete life savers, had my phone screen fixed in an hour and a half. The the prices are steep, but it is worth it considering how much you use your phone, and the quality of service that comes with fixing it. We decided that I would return as a customer, as long as it wasn't because I broke my phone again! Thanks for turning my bad day into a better one, Nathan and the other 2 guys.

I took my phone in to have the battery replaced. The phone is a few years old and had a very short battery life. They had it finished in about an hour like they quoted. After picking my phone up, I didn't go home right away and used my phone a few times without issue. When I got home I plugged it in to fully charge. After a little bit on charge I had to use it and discovered that my screen went dead. So I took it back to them, and told me they would replace the screen under the warranty. Then after they replaced the screen, I noticed my battery was at 8% again, so I fully charged it before I used it again. When I did use it, my battery life was the exact same as it was before I took it back. Yep, they put my old battery back in to cover the cost of the screen they replaced. After a little reading, either alcohol or excessive prying, or excessive glue is a common problem making a screen go black. So I ended up paying $85 for a screen to be replaced that didn't need it in the first place, and still have the same battery problem. I don't recommend them, nor will I give them my business again as I do not trust them now.

they were quickly able to fix my partner’s phone that needed a new battery and charging port but didn’t even call us when it was ready. we were told it would take about an hour and a half, so we went home instead of the store to wait. after 2 hours expecting a phone call, we tried calling them but nobody answered. we had to go down to the store to check and apparently the phone had been ready a while ago, according to them, but we had no idea since they never reached out to us. they didn’t seem to care when we brought this up.altogether it was $100, which is fine i guess, but why ask for a number to call when you’re not going to do it anyway. we had work that night and lost a couple hours of sleep waiting instead of the 30 minutes it actually took to fix the phone.

Excellent service. It took 45 minutes to replace the cracked screen on my iPhone X. They had a screen in stock and scheduled me for the next morning. I would definitely recommend them and I will not hesitate to use them again!

Much respect for this establishment but could only give 3 stars.My screen on my iPad was broken so I dropped off for repair on Monday. I told them I needed it back the next day and they said it shouldnt be a problem. Well the end of the next day comes and I still haven't heard from them so I called. I guess Monday they had broken the home screen button and needed to order a new one. The reason for the 3 stars is they never even called to let me know. I had to call them. I should have known the day before that something was damaged.They tried to get a new home screen button but couldn't. So they bought me a completely new iPad to replace the damaged one.They definitely made it right which I appreciate. The no phone call though was bad business and the reason for 3 stars.
