Very unfortunate to hear some of the reviews, however I had a great experience with my realtor Binwant. He was professional, informative and addressed all my needs and concerns in a timely manner. One thing that stood out about his performance was that he literally walked me through every little step of the home buying process which is well needed when your a first time home buyer. Extremely poor communication and commitment to customers. Stay away. Only looking for their commissions. No comparisons were shared, no concerns were listened. Not sure why I have to attend silly zoom and, in person calls..with Fernando.. why do I always have to wait for answers.. tall claims but no substance.., not professional. Lost the deal and even lawyer, mortgage brokers say same about the agent..
