Didn't really experience good service from Avinash. Even though I arrived for my appointment on time, I saw him taking his time at his desk doing nothing. After about 10 minutes, he finally stood up and attended to me. Fortunately, when I went back a second time, I was treated better by another representative named Matthew. He was very professional, prompt, and courteous.As for the repairs on my car, it looked amazing. I couldn't even tell that it was damaged. It honestly looked brand new. Great job!

Excellent service and good communication. The job was done earlier than expected. Also anytime I tried to reach someone, someone answered the phone which doesn't happen much these days.Matthew was amazing and super knowledgeable in explaining what needed to get done. They even cleaned my car for when I picked it up. Would highly recommend.

Dear [Car Start Body Repair Shop],I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided by your establishment. I recently brought my car in for repairs and unfortunately it was the worst experience of my life.It has come to my attention that your shop is notorious for stealing from its customers and continually lying to cover it up. It is extremely concerning that your shop even goes as far to blame your scams on the insurance companies, which is completely unacceptable.I advise potential customers not to use your shop due to the unethical business conduct that has taken place. You steal from hard-working individuals and manipulate them with lies which creates irreparable damage to your reputation.The level of criminal behavior demonstrated by your establishment is shocking and something needs to be done to eliminate such unethical activity. As a previous customer, I strongly urge you to re-evaluate your business practices and implement changes accordingly before any other unsuspecting customers fall prey to your dishonesty.

I came back after 3 month i took my car after an accident from them, and when today i visited them i met matthew the manager i told him my car AC not working may be because some issue after the accident he told me give me the key and will be back. Took him 25 minutes fixed my AC and having cold air now in my car. thank you for making my day amazing and cool. Thanks matthew and car stars. 0$ didnt cost me anything.

Matthew was very professional. He did a great job on my VW and helped me understand everything. Also the pretty girl at the front desk was really nice to me I liked her a lot too.

They did an amazing job repairing my Jeep. I highly recommend. Friendly staff. They have worked on my car twice now, for two separate accidents and their work is fantastic! Incredible service right from the beginning to the end. Very satisfied. Thank you Carstar 401.

If I didn't have to give one star, I wouldn't! Horrible service. My Jeep was in the shop for one month, and no one called to provide me with any updates. I had to call in to see why it was taking so long; I was told it was almost ready, just waiting for the paint to dry. A week and a bit passed, and I called again to see again what the hold-up was, and to my surprise, it was ready! I'm unsure if I would have even gotten the call to pick up. The best part of my experience is I had to get boosted because they didn't think it was essential to start my car while sitting there for a month! No one was helpful. I was told they are not liable for it, and my Jeep might need a new battery because they only last 4-5 years! When in fact, my Jeep was bought brand new not even three years ago! , it would be nice for a company to take accountability for what they do instead of dismissing it.

My customer experience with this location has been nothing short of a feeling of GREAT satisfaction. Right from the time of vehicle intake, initial assessment/estimate, ordering parts, through to coordinating with my insurance company's claim adjustor to the car rental and keeping me apprised every step of the way was extremely professional. Every staff member was courteous, responsive and willing to help. Matthew, thanks for being in my corner and delivering on every promise!
