I had to get a receipt But I wasn't sure about my poor English and my last year's purchase receipt again But two female employees still remembered me, a long time ago customer, and she finally found my receipt after trying many things for me They were happy to help me until the end without losing their smile even though it was a hassle I bought almost all my furniture here, but I'm still satisfied and I want my guests to know this place Whenever I see urban barn furniture in my house, poco store reminds me of the kindness of this employee. Thank you again I'm very sorry I can't remember the names of their employeesThank you

An awesome experience with incredibly helpful staff.We've been looking for almost 2 years to find some appropriate artwork for our new home and we stopped in.We almost didn't leave with anything until we saw these pieces and were given the suggestion to double up on one to create the visual we wanted.We couldn't be happier. We love the way it turned out.Big thanks to Urban Barn PoCo and the ladies that helped.

I drove 20 min just to check this place out as I just moved to a new place. It's actually worth it. Some items are on sale for more than 50% off! And some are even not on their website! Staff was friendly to find all details for me for all the pieces I was looking at. They also have delivery at a reasonable cost and they also setup and throw away garbage for you! One thing just to be aware is that some pieces need repairs.Will be back to this place.

We just bought our new sectional sofa from the Urban Barn Outlet and we couldn’t be happier! We’ve been couch shopping for months and been to countless stores, and by far the outlet has had the best sofas that are high quality and affordable, with an excellent customer service team. The sofa is comfortable and fits our space, and it was marked 35% off from regular price! All the staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. Especially Colleen, who went above and beyond to help us get the best possible deal. She even gave us helpful tips on how to transport the couch, and left us a very cute personalized note with our receipt. We were very happy with our experience, and want to thank all the members of the outlet team, but a special shout out to Colleen! Thank you so much for all your help!
