I’ve been going to Luxy for my gel manicures for several months now and this is the best nail bar I’ve ever been to. I’m always so in love with my nails when I leave there, they last a long time, they’re always perfectly shaped and the staff go above and beyond every time to make sure I get the nails I want.The salon is one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to, it’s reasonably priced and I always know I’m in good hands when I go there. I’ve even converted a few of my friends/family to this place! Would definitely recommend

I got a shellac gel manicure and a nail chipped after one week :( . I wonder if they will repair it free of charge. Very dissapointed.

Worst pedicure place….25 minutes pedicure.Me and my daughter decided to go for pedicures and thought this place would be great. I began by soaking my feet in cold water for 15 minutes just to have the girl barely take care of my feet and paint my toes, for 10 minutes. I also ask explicitly that they use the pumice instead of the grater yet they still used the grater on my feet. When I was done the girl barely gave a 5 minutes foot massage. Not to mention the fact that she applied cuticule oil around my painted toes and left me there to rub it in myself while I still had dead skin hanging from my foot. My daughter was given poor service. The girl was very rushed and only used the pumice on one foot. Very unimpressed with this place and I would never return.

First time going there was ok. After second time of getting a refil nails looks like I have done it for 3 weeks already. Lady left under my nails very filthy. Owner seems nice at first wait till u have an issue instead of dealing with it they try to cut you off like there’s no other nails places to go to. One have the right to express themselves especially if ure gonna pay for such services. Will never return to this place again

The salon is clean, my appointment started right on time and prices are very reasonable. I was in and out in 40 min. I was super happy with my nails! Will definitely be coming back!!!

They're racist and have the worst customer service!!! I have been a loyal and regular customer for a little over a year and even recommended my friends to go there. I had to cancel last minute for a family emergency for the first time in my life (I have never missed an appt, always on time, a good tipper, etc) and the gentleman was upset and refused to reschedule because I cancelled last minute. Of course when its time to pay they're all smiles but their true colours showed today especially the man who I believe is the owner!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!
