Twice when I had a package delivered the delivery person didn't ding song on the doorbell, didn't even bother trying to see if anyone was home, just left a slip immediately and it was so frustrating because I got my package a week later than I should have. If I have a say in it I will not be getting my packages from them again.

FedEx no longer delivers packages anymore apparently. Drivers just leave missed package tags whether you're home or not. Terrible customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars.

we were home. didn t even ring the bell this is a reason to never use fed ex. best buy should use other services.
