Never in my life did I do any self defence or martial arts at all. After doing my free 10 days, I fell in love not only of Jiu Jitsu, but of the way that it is taught in Gracie University. James is an amazing instructor, and the men and women that assist to classes are really nice, friendly and helpful with people with no experience like me. Never felt embarrassed, got hurt or anything like that! I keep going 3 per week since I started:)

Having never trained BJJ before, this was a very welcoming environment for a beginner. Instructor James is knowledgeable, a patient teacher, and his primary goal is to help you learn. I love coming to class every week!

This is a great school everyone is very welcoming and helpful coach James is a great instructor he takes the time explain things very well.When I first started I was nervous as I'm not great with new things out of my comfort zone but after the first class I knew this was for me from the time coach James takes to make sure you understand the movements and how welcoming and supportive coach James and the students are I am so glad I took that first step and reached out to coach James .If you looking for a great work out both physically and mentally I would get in contact with coach James and set up your trialthe only thing I regret is not starting my BJJ journey soonerhope to see on the mats.
