CIBC Branch with ATM

I visited this branch, and I feel highly satisfied with the level of respect, kindness, and positivism by CIBCstaff. So considerate and sympathetic toward clients.Nilofar is one of the best professionals I have ever met.

I looked for the manager to let him know how helpful Lily was assisting me on the spur of the moment. This has been the 3rd in recent times that I have been helped in such a kind and efficient manner. Nice to see active service representatives (Tellers, 4) available to such a busy branch. I am very pleased at the service I received. Thank you!!

Not responsible to follow up. I called so many times to one of the staff to open an account. I left messages and my number. She never call me back.

I received great customer service from one of the tellers today. She was considerate and kind and even wished me happy Chinese new year when she’s not Chinese herself.

Bad organization of staff. There was one teller and three customers, the fourth one left as soon as they saw the situation. No one could help even though there were four other employees sitting in their offices chatting. I would suggest the manager of this branch to cross-train other employees, in situations when there is a lineup and only one teller, so they can jump in and provide service to customers, and make them happy. I have left without doing the stuff I came for. So disappointed.

If you can’t get the money out from this machine, why don’t you put a sign and let people know. Now I have to make the phone call to report it plus waiting for the investigation (saying could take up to 90 days for the results). I had to stop another lady who is waiting behind to use this machine too on the drive through. Imagine people don’t know and the money can’t come out. : )

I've had great service at the Tower Hill location, yes it may be busy at times but that is not the bank teller's fault. I was in one evening and there was a line of 4 people and the gentleman working (Jordan/Justin/Jonathon - not 100% sure on the name) was the only teller working at the time and he was very attentive, took care of every client quickly while still providing great service and was very polite. The line was done in about 5 mins. Kudos to him as its not easy to keep cool when there is a line, but he did a great job.

Worst CIBC branch ever. I have been with CIBC for 20 years. This is the first time I contemplated leaving CIBC and going with other banks.My son has an old student account, I was advised it needed to be converted to a Smart Student account. So we went to this branch at the beginning of the year, a long line up. Finally the manager at the branch did the paperwork, and issued my son a new card for the newly opened smart account. However, later my son found out that the card could not be used to make any purchases at the stores, it always got declined.So, we went to the branch the second time. A long line up again. Somehow CIBC’s back system showed that my son never had a smart account created. We were there for almost TWO hours to wait for it to be sorted out. In the middle of this hassle, I suggested talking to the manager, maybe she has some insights since she was the one who created it. But I was told the manager was in the meeting and it was “NOT POSSIBLE” for her to talk to me. They end up creating another smart account for my son.It was a very bad experience for me and my son. I am not sure how CIBC manages its branches, but I would suggest they hire competent employees and also provide the customer service training.

These guys are showing another level of stupidity. They don't know what they're doing at all except two experienced teller ladies. I gave one star to each ladies and the rest of branch get zero!!!I always pray to almighty that at least one of the ladies be present as if not, I'm sure I'm going to be screwed.

I lost my wallet that includes all my cards.In this difficult time I feel so frustrating.But one thing I feel so warm because CIBC staff provide warm and professional services.Yesterday I went the branch to get new business debit card. It was 3:45pm. All staff get intense work in whole day. I thought that I might come again. But Mr Bryan Zhang processed it and I have gotten new card before closing.I am appreciate his professional services and warm manner.Thanks again
