Canada Post

Canada Post is continually disappointing with extremely late deliveries, worst delivery business ever, truly unbelievable that one company can be such a failure. You're far better driving to where you bought something or to it's destination yourself.

Was home waiting for my package to be delivered by Canada Post and they left a notice without ringing the doorbell.

I visited this Canada Post location to pickup a package that had failed to be delivered to my door. The staff I interacted with were friendly and polite, and were able to complete my request in a timely manner. My only complaint was the fact that I has to enter Stanley Park Mall to access this location, which adds an additional layer of inconvenience. The interior of the store was extremely busy when I arrived and it was difficult to make my way to the post office counter. Other than the less-than-ideal layout of the store itself, I didn't encounter any issues throughout my visit.

I purchased and mailed an xpresspost envelope from this location on Nov 18th, to mail an extremely important application. The first girl who i purchased from was nice and helpful, however the man i gave the envelope to later in the day was negligent with very poor customer service skills. He was on his personal phone the whole time while “helping” me, barely paid any attention to me, and failed to provide me with the slip i needed to track my envelope. I chose xpresspost specifically so that i could track the application and couldn’t because this man basically ignored me. I called days later to see what could be done and i got passed between employees who implied i was lying. They didnt even offer to give me my money back. Super disappointed, will never visit this location again.

I ship product for work at this location weekly and the staff are wonderful.

When I tried to simply explain to the female staff member that something just didn’t make sense with my return she got hostile with and said I was being rude cause I was just stating that the system didn’t make sense I want to return to items to the same place and she made me send them in two separate packages
