I was concerned about the drivers because I live in the country and it was pitch black.The following Friday, they came to set up the parasol umbrella. When they arrived, they started unloading another customers order. They missed a deliveryWhen I pointed this out, they put the furniture back on the truckThere were two menThe driver was quite rude and in a hurry. They carried my umbrella and two Carlos swivel chair from the garage to the back deck. The second driver was quite nice and started assembly of the chairs. First driver said I didn't pay for assembly and told the second driver not to touch themI contacted the store as I paid $300 for delivery and setup. I was told driver was being difficult and could have done itSecond driver tried again and first driver yelled at him. At no time were we told there was an extra charge for assembly of chairsDriver said they should have done that at the warehouse. It wasn't his job and he didn't know how to do itNo customer service what so ever when it came to deliveryJust lies when it came to delivery

Best shopping & customer service experience ever, at Dot Furniture Brampton! ! They went out of their way to get me the product I was looking for! Always patient, courteous and accommodating! Will definitely be back to that location! Way to go guys!

Great service. Both Debra and Jaspal were very knowledgable, answered all questions we had. Went above and beyond to get more information about a product's weight rating etc. I was also observing Debra interacting with a picky customer and she maintained her composure, was very professional and that customer was also very happy in the end. Store is very clean, well organized and overall a great shopping experience.

I visited the DOT Brampton location yesterday, I wanted some last minute gifts and Reached the store right around closing time, but the staff was very welcoming and helped me find the things I was looking for very patiently, I was highly impressed with the quality of customer service and Rakesh was very courteous and professional while helping me, I Will always go to DOT Brampton for all my Patio and Indoor decor needs . Amazing customer service! I ordered a lot of items to use at my wedding and they special ordered everything in for me. The prices were fantastic and the quality was great! Will be shopping here again

I would not recommend buying from DOT furniture. There are many other stores that you can find better quality furniture. Against my better judgement I decided to purchase something from this overpriced store. I bought a product that didn't even last a year. Dealing with head office is horrible. You have to keep following up with them to even get a reply about your request. They are short with their reply and don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. Please save yourself the headache and purchase your patio furniture from a better quality store. Ashley furniture, Canadian Tire, Costco, Home Depot are all better options. I ended up buying a full patio set(table and chairs) from less than the price DOT furniture is charging for a set of chairs alone. Don't waste your time at this store.

Good products, horrible customer service and extremely rude staff. If only this company could return the same level of service they offer in their product lines, I'd be a returning consumer. Unfortunately, I've already had two extremely negative experiences with head office and the Brampton, ON location. Because of this, I would not recommend them to anyone, nor would I entertain giving this company my business again.

We have been customers of DOT for years but made all of our larger purchases at other locations. The staff at this location have been by far the friendliest, most knowledgeable and most helpful. Returning a call after hours, helping us solve issues with older furniture and generally pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this location. The showroom is huge, well stocked and immaculate. Thank you Brampton DOT team! We will be back!

We purchased 6 Carlo sling chairs and 2 ottomans and are extremely pleased with the product. We were very happy that the Airport Rd. Brampton Manager, Rakesh, opened the door the first evening, even though the store was past closing. When we returned to place our order, Rakesh kindly brought the chairs and ottoman to the front of the store for us to sit in and measured a stack of six to make sure our vehicle could accommodate pick-up. Rakesh was very informative, supportive and helpful. We would highly recommend using his location.

I ordered patio chairs and a table/pouffe for my balcony from DOT Brampton, it's been quite the challenge finding the 'right' ones. Rakesh is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and great to deal with. Shortly after bought two sets of bookshelves too, one of which had to come from the Cambridge store. Communications were excellent and the whole process went smoothly, DOT are perhaps not the cheapest, but are on point with design and quality.
