Met the owner while passing through on return to Edmonton. Very nice gentleman and very attentive to service. Of all the fast food options in Hinton, this is one that I would recommend as a clean and well run restaurant.

Everyone was attentive and kind and the cashier gave us coupons to use when we asked about deals. We appreciated this. Possibly the manager, Franklin (we think was his name), was super kind and brought us our food and helped us out. He seemed like such a hard worker. The place was clean, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was neat. The kids enjoyed the train outside.

Always stop here on my road trips to Jasper. Definitely a solid burger in general and above average for what you'd find at fast food.The location is a gem as half the patrons are seniors sipping coffee, and the staff was talking to a couple by their first names.

Stopped here on the magicbus from Edmonton to Marmot. The staff were really quick to get everyone on the bus served and back on the bus quickly. I also like the miniture Canadian National Railways locomotive out front!

Super impressed. At 7:45AM they managed to serve two bus loads of teenagers, 100 people in total, in 20 minutes. Our breakfast was tasty and hot.

Pleasantly surprised with our local A&W store! The store was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive.The food was fresh and delicious, and the addition of the new Brew Bar is very, very expensive (nearly 6 dollars for a regular size frozen cold brew that they only fill up 3/4 to the top of the cup), but welcome.I have noticed that since the addition of the new Brew Bar machines, and the new debit system that our store has, the service has slowed to a near-grinding halt. Wait times have never been longer at this store.I'm sure it's just a matter of time before the timing gets figured out and the staff gets used to the new systems, and I will gladly update this review to reflect that once the wait time changes.All in all, I do highly recommend this store!

Only went here for breakfast because Wendy's wasn't open when it should have been and Maccas is always grim. Had the sausage and egger. Not sure what's in the sausage but it's very much the wrong colour, texture and taste to be beef.

Very disappointed this location does not have a brew bar. As someone with food allergies I can never eat at fast food places, so an upgraded coffee is the one thing I get when travelling with my family. Since it’s a chain I would expect it to have the same product offerings as other locations.The staff were very friendly, however we would have gone to the Golden Arches had we realized they only had black coffee.
