OAK + FORT

The store is organized and clean, but some employees there are not helpful at all. They were just talking without greeting. I do not wanna specify their appreance; however, I might feel unfair if I were working hard, but others are not. I like Oak + Fort clothes, but I leave just two stars for the reason that I mentioned.

Good quality clothing, but most of the sale items have something missing, and if you take it back, they don't make it easy to return or exchange.

My favorite clothing shop in coquitlam centre mall

I had ordered an item to pick up in store, & unfortunately when we arrived to pick it up they had already shipped it out to another store and the order had been canceled. I spoke with the store manager Anastasia & she was absolutely wonderful in helping have the dress shipped to me!! Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received & will absolutely be shopping here again :)

My wife and I placed an order at the Coquitlam store. We confirmed three times, on the 21st, that we can pick up the order at Metrotown location on the 29th. When we got to Metrotown on the 29th, they said that they did not received any orders on their side. I had to ask if they had any left at any other location so that it can be sent to the Coquitlam location. They checked and gave me hope that they will send it out. After this interaction, one of the guys from the store came to the store front and told me that they would sort it out and get back to us with a decision. I left the store and waited for the good news that I was hoping for, which was that they send the item to the Coquitlam location so that we can pick it up. Fast forward the next morning, my wife checked her email and saw that they refunded the product without contacting us and we realized that they sent that email the minute I left the Metrotown location!! This is unacceptable, we were expecting a call so that we can work something out to grab the product we wanted. I just want to say that this kind of customer service is unacceptable. If you couldn’t have done anything, just say it on the spot, not tell us one thing, and then when I turn my back, you immediately do something different. At the end of the day, we were not the ones at fault, we just wanted the product. You had successfully lost a costumer.

The guys who work there are very nice with great hospitality specially Anastasia and Shawn and Ashni. I love them
