paid $25 for a donair salad, (supers-sized) no dressing. What i got was a donair that was barely a medium in size, and covered in sauce. I called to ask if i could possibly get a replacement meal, the person who answered was rude and beligerent, saying that i should have been more clearer. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Told me he's not joking and tough.dont bother going here food

Awesome shawarma! It's not easy finding good shawarma in Vancouver... It's a sad truth. This Donair Town definitely brings its A game... Only thing missing is a good garlic sauce... And no, tzatziki is not the same thing...

My son ordered a falafel plate with fries and the lady gave us rice. I came back and told her of the mistake. She said it was too late as the rice already had the sauce and refused to take it back and correct her mistake. I told her my son will not eat the rice and she said that i could buy a side of fries if i wanted. She wants me to pay for her error? She was super rude to top that off. This was one of the worst service I've ever experiencedTo respond to the super rude owners response: we DID ask for fries. I now understand why your workers have a bad attitude; they have a disrespectful owner.

Amazing food every time, always very polite and kind staff. One of my favourite places to go for lunch/dinner as it’s very close to my work and on the way home. Chicken poutine is the best!

While the girls were super polite and nice, the food didn't have the value and didn't hit home. Super (large) plate was not that large. For nearly $20 I was expecting better taste and value.

Continually getting worse. Stopped giving sauce on delivery fries a while back, and my most recent donair was overcooked chicken, with no sauce. it was nearly inedible - i threw over half of it in the garbage because i couldn’t stomach it
