I barely write reviews but I felt I must shareI came to this spa about 2 years ago. They had a group on for a laser hair removal for the face. I should have known better. It was the worse experience of my life. There were two Arab ladies working there who did my treatment. I had about 6 sessions and within the first session my skin broke out insanely. I didn't want to blame the laser, but this only happened after each treatment. When I would try to ask the ladies about it, they would convince me that it wasn't them, Instead of advising me to stop the treatment they convinced me to continue. My skin has never been the same after. In fact, after the treatment they tried to sell me on facial products, and told me to try the 'special pills that apparently so many people were buying. They even tried to sell me on a eyebrow package saying that "you have such thick eyebrows

I have been coming here to get all my skin care needs for a few years now. Balvir is my go-to easthician every month. Staff, primarily Annie and Tina are one of a kind! Both are like family and always so kind and helpful. I also had my microblading done here and it was a great experience and is better than some of the places I tried in Toronto when I lived there. Joana did a fantastic job and even six months later...it is still so fresh and it looks like I just got my eyebrows done yesterday. I highly recommend Holistic Spa and Laser to anyone looking for a brilliant and to-notch place for skincare!

I had my first full body massage there on Friday. Felt like a million dollars when I left. I recommend this spa to everyone. Lots of parking. Great service. I shall return.

I went to this spa a few months ago to get skin tags removed. I wasn’t sure what that entailed and really expected it to be painless but it was not. Super painful I thought and I have tattoos. However, she did a great job removing as many in the time slot of 15min. I decided to get a facial a month later and was completely up sold (which is what they do everywhere) but my esthetician was so knowledgeable and educated me about my skin. I did buy some pricy products but I like them. Especially the resurfacing serum. Although they got me on the facials package and the products I do believe in caring for your skin especially as we age so I’m here for it. Overall appreciate Tina, Annie and Eva. I just could have done without the pain. Maybe it just wasn’t numbed enough.

I have been going to Holistic spa for over a year for my laser hair removal and other services. Tina is an absolutely delightful person, very professional and customer oriented friendly person. Very beautiful, calming spa with an excellent ambiance. I would keep going there and have recommended my friends and family.

Went today for the first time. Staff where very welcoming! It was clean and well maintained my favourite part was the heated tables you lie on so comfortable I am sure a massage would be great on those I went for a Brazilian first time. She was gentle and put up with me. I feel sorry for people in the other rooms! Why do women do these things! Was thinking of a way to fit the table in my car. Will definitely be back.

I have been going to this place for about 2 or more years and I am really upset with the experience I had today. I went in the morning to get my eyebrows done and I had Tina do my eyebrows and whenever I usually go I have others employees that do my eyebrows and this was the first time that Tina did my eyebrows. I have had the other employee do my eyebrows before and she was very nice and has not commented on my skin and that is how it is supposed to be. As Tina was doing my eyebrows, she asked about the scars on my face and I explained to her what it was and then she continued onto ask me if I have a skincare routine or if i do facials and I answered that as well. After that she continued to ask my age and then she said the skincare routine you have is not working properly as the scars are very deep and your skin is congested". She continued to say "I can probably take out layers of dead skin from underneath" I was very upset by that time and then she continued to say that I should do a facial as it would help my skin and that I should not be using pharmaceutical products. I understand that it is a spa and that you want to promote your skincare treatments but this is not acceptable. It should not be done at the cost of putting someone down for how their skin is. It is very upsetting that I was given unsolicited advice and I just wanted my eyebrows done. I was going to talk to her after she was done and express how I felt but she was on a call and I had to leave as I had work. I still called them after and I spoke to Annie

I’ve went here for laser hair removal - brazilian and underarms with Annie. Her and the rest of the staff have always been so welcoming and helpful. I am so happy with my RESULTS and would RECOMMEND this laser clinic to anyone! My ethnicity is Pacific Islander, and the laser machine they used had great results for my skin ND-Yag Cool Glide Laser.

I went to this salon today with friends who are the same age as me. Secretary at the front desk greets my friend who I happen to only go along with. She motions to me and asks if I’m her mother and if I need services. My friend states no. I ignored this comment although I found it inappropriate and rude. Then at the end, I had my eyebrows done by the other nice lady. I came to pay. Secretary again turns to my friend and addresses me as her mother. And I’m like no I’m not her mother. She’s like are you their aunt?I would like to state that this encounter was very inappropriate. As a secretary in a service industry, please train your staff to have sensitivity to how they approach people. Looking at someone’s physical appearance and assuming their age and making inappropriate comments is unacceptable. Please teach your staff sensitivity about approaching customers in a friendly manner. There is no need to make comments based on people’s appearance. There is a lot of mental health issues happening in society currently and your comments are not welcome. This is a form of body shaming. And you would not like it if someone made the same comments to you. Next time please tell your staff to think before they make comments or maybe dont say anything at all.Remember that the people coming into your spa are humans. And if you want to create a bad experience and body shame then, then expect that to come back to you in another form.

I’ve been a customer with Holistic Spa for years, my skin is totally different now much healthier and younger, the stuff is very professional and friendly, I’ve done Hydro facial with Tina it’s amazing I feel my skin like a baby for a month after, highly recommend it.
