Worst customer service ever. Products arrived damaged - seats and seams ripped. The return process is ridiculous. They obviously want you to give up on trying to get your money back. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I am very pleased with this company. They had what I specifically wanted for my space and the attention was good. The metal chairs are very sturdy and they have very nice models!

You get what you pay for. I bought 3 of their counter stools. They price matched the price with walmart product and when messaging them they message back really fast. The product also came really fast. Got it within 1 week. So I tried to put the stools together, it needed 4 screws to be attach the legs to the seat. Unfortunately I wasn't able to put in all 4 screws as the holes didnt line up. When I really put force in I was able to get 4 screws in but then the chair would not stand straight. I messaged them regarding this I send them photos and videos hoping to return it, they said I would have to package it all back up just as it was packaged when it came. I didnt have all the packaging anymore. Also they said that if they will be able to screw all 4 screws in they will not refund me all the money but just half. I did not want to take the risk of sending it back and not getting my money refunded. So I ended up keeping the chairs. It's not been about 6 months ive been using them with just 2 or 3 screws attached . Every few weeks I have to re-tigthen the screws. Yes, they are cheaper but the quality is also what you pay for

I messaged the seller last week asking about his bar stools. He provided me with his store hours. He even updated me on his stock availability. Because it was a rainy day today I decided to drive from Cambridge to Oakville a 50 minute drive only to find out the store is closed today.I guess this owner just changes his store hours at will.
