Exceptional customer service from the one who assisted us in looking for the perfect fit for my son's hockey helmet. My son's head shape was a bit bigger for his age and it was challenging to find the helmet for him. The guy who assisted us made my son tried different helmets and even adjusted some of it to find the right one. Thank you so much!

Great place to go for hockey and other new and used sports equipment and apparel. There are some really good deals to be had when they have their sales. The one downside is, if you are a full right hockey goalie their selection of catching gloves, blockers and sticks is rather limited.

We have gone to this location a couple times and every time the staff are super helpful. As parents who are doing this for the first time we have never felt judged or out of place. We ask the 'stupid' questions and are answered in a helpful manner. We truly appreciate the staff.

Purchased a couple of items that they have posted on sale but when we got to the cashier they still charged the original amount. The girl on the cashier said, “oh we will just remove the post”. What they’re doing is false advertisement. The least they can do is honour the post that they still have on their wall!

LeathRep- located inside play out again sports store- went in to fix a jacket zipper - in and out in a minute. Excellent service by the gentlemen. Jacket repair fast and cost efficient! Would recommend and will visit again!

Play It Again Sports South
have had the pleasure of getting a few pairs of skates as I got back to hockey. The staff here is always helpful. They are knowledgeable, happy to help, patient and above all else good people. Recently had an issue with the latest skates I bought. The team was able to figure out the issue and the solution will be I'm happy. In the end I will keep returning as the staff and management make me feel like I am a valued customer.
