I had ordered bean bowl. Half bowl was empty. A total Waste of money as food quantity and quality is worst. I think they are more interested to make money than a good customer experience. I would not recommend to eat food from this place.

Website doesn’t work, you place an order and they take your money and refuse to give you the food or money back. Do not recommend. They’re robbing people blind and don’t care to help when you call. No manager or supervisor on site, everyone’s clueless and send you on a wild goose chase. Ordered almost 2 hours ago and still refusing to pay me back the money I spent or deliver the food I paid for.

Food quantity very bad and vegetables taste like old and smell bad. Complain to manager and he got angry on customer. Most worst place on earth. I request people don't go there. Even barbarrito should take care of these place.

We ordered veggie quesadilla which has not included sautéed veggies and the guy is serving food is not have a good service and there is little bit amount of cheese and the beans is taste less so I would not recommend to go there

Food quantity is very bad. I ordered a bowl and they were cheaping out a lot after finishing my order I see that my bowl was barely filled. They are ripping off people by charging 12.99 for a bowl and not providing enough food.

In my opinion this place is complete rip-off not enough quantity in burrito they charge 10.49 for small burrito but the burrito is like for a kid not recommended. I only ate here as my options as a vegetarian are very less.

Worst place to go. Customers literally have to ask them to add proper quantities. When aksed about sauces the staff had zero idea. I don't recommend this plc.

Not so busy. They have selections of Mexiacan burritos and tacos. Very quick service inside the Fallsview Niagara at the food court.

Not a bad place but not amazing either. Not nearly as good as a Qdoba, Chipotle, or Moe's but are similar in what they off. The steak on my burrito was really dry and crumbly. I do like that they have 3 different burrito sizes and grill the burrito after they assemble it.
