I don't normally give a full 5 star rating however TCR reaches that in my opinion. TCR was a company that we found by word of mouth with great reviews. The deck expansion project we had was put out to several contractors to bid on, including TCR. TCR came in much lower than the other contractors and after selecting them the finished product was beyond my expectations.

TCR was very responsive, easy to work with high quality. We had a house fire and Todd and Chad were there to help every step of the way. Brought in excellent sub contractors. We couldn’t have asked for better results.

There is absolutely no down-side to hiring TCR Services! Todd and Chad are true professionals—dependable, talented, trustworthy, invested in doing their best to realize the customer’s finished project. They are so easy to work with and communication is excellent. I have worked with many different contractors over the years—TCR Services comes out on top!! I’m thrilled with my newly updated bathroom.

Todd and Chad did an amazing job with our new LVP flooring. They had a lot of “old home” demo work and never complained. They were very punctual everyday and were also so kind to our pets. They took time out of their day to pet and speak with them. We are so pleased and plan to use them again for future projects!

We hired TCR Services NW two years in a row to install decks on both the front and back of our historic 118-year old house. One of the reasons we chose them was for their super responsive and proactive communications re: choice of different materials while I was seeking bids from five other companies. Of all the contractors, Todd was the one who replied to questions and also took the initiative to call me with ideas re: the project. Each deck was completed to specs, finished on time and ended within budget. They are a top notch, super dependable family-owned company. Each day they arrived on time and cleaned up. If you demand perfection and attention to detail, Todd and his son do very meticulous work. It's as though they measure five times and then cut! TCR Services NW is very professional, courteous and they are extremely attentive to taking care of your family’s biggest investment, your home. We highly recommend this company!

We recently had TCR Services replace the tub, shower, and flooring in our bathroom. Todd and his son, Chad did quality work in the budget they quoted. Both were very professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up each day before leaving. The bathroom turned out beautiful. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them if you are in need of a kitchen or bath remodel.

We are currently remodeling our kitchen and family room which is keeping both Todd and Chad Thompson very busy here. This is actually our second big project with TCR Services as they rebuilt our beautiful deck over a year ago. Their quality of work, work ethic and professional manner make these two guys an absolute pleasure to work with. They have come to be supportive of us even with the companies we have hired and had issues with like our fireplace and kitchen window.I have learned that I don't tell these other companies their job is good until Todd says their job is good. I would hire TCR Services again in a heartbeat for any next project we have and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking at a big project they want done right the first time.

We opened up our house by removing a wall and moving our kitchen. TCR did a marvelous job. We are very happy with the way everything looks now that it is finished.

TCR is hands-down the best experience I have ever had to date. From the beginning, both Todd and Chad were polite, responsive, professional and always started work on time. Several times during the project, questions would come up and without fail, they would be answered. The attention-to-detail observed was incredible, the work area was consistently cleaner then when they started. To be honest, working with this company was truly a breath of fresh air for a project that I had wanted to start years ago. Definitely look no further when needing ANY contracting work done.

We needed walls, ceiling and a tiled shower replaced after a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom. Todd and his son Chad did a great professional job, were easy to work with and responsive to questions and ideas. Todd had helpful suggestions throughout the process and was very accommodating to our requests.We appreciated that the project was completed in the time frame he gave us and they were always there when they said they would be.We developed an easy, friendly relationship with Todd and Chad and would not hesitate to have them back again for new projects.
