Place looks nice and clean. The food is gross. My stomach hurt all night from the food. The burgers were very sub-par. Fries were dry, honestly Mcdonalds would have been better!

We went here with our family. The owner is always working out front I'm assuming anyways he is the owner as he is very attentive and gives excellent service. He provided our toddler a cute little mini shake for free. Food was pretty good and not to bad of prices. Fries portions are huge.

Boardwalk Burgers Spruce Grove
We got two burgers and a side of poutine and a side of cheese fries for just over $30. The fry portions were insanely large. Gravy and cheese sauce were good. But skip the vegetables. The tomatoes were hard and green and the lettuce was wilted and gross. The burgers were fine but nothing to write home about. Don’t really have a desire to go back.

Since the REP was lifted, I decided to takey kids to check out this newish Boardwalk Burgers place near my house. I happen to be a huge fan of burgers, so trying out new burger places is ALWAYS a must-do thing for me!When we walked in, the place wasn't busy and we were able to order right away. We actually had difficulty ordering, because between the plexiglass panel and the staff wearing a thick cloth mask, I couldn't hear a thing he said and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I was very frustrated that he didn't catch on immediately that he simply needed to consistently raise his voice in order to be heard. This is partially why I had to knock a star off.However, our food was delivered and they got our order correct (my son is very picky, so that can be a challenge). I was very pleased that their drinks, especially their milkshakes, came with plastic-like straws, since paper just falls apart in milkshakes and tastes awful. It's nice to encounter a restaurant that has better quality straws; it really improves the experience.The food was very tasty, both of my picky children were very pleased with their food, my son with his milkshake, burger, and fries, and my daughter with her milkshake, chicken strips, and fries. My burger was delicious, and I really liked the fries too.I wasn't terribly impressed by the cost of the milkshakes. $5 seemed pretty steep for the size they were, however, they were better-tasting than other fast food places. Overall, the cost there really did feel a bit high since it is basically fast food, and that is the other reason I have to knock it down from 5 stars, unfortunately.On another positive note, the restaurant was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were also clean, and one of them has a baby change table, which is important.Will I return again? Yes, probably, but likely not with the whole family because of the cost. It'll be more of a meet-with-friends sort of place for me. I do recommend going there at LEAST once!

The mushroom swiss burger is delicious, but I really like the milkshakes. The very nice gentleman behind the counter suggested that I mix two flavors so I ordered chocolate/peanut butter (with the whipped cream and cherry). It was sooo good!

Boardwalk Burgers Spruce Grove
This place serves very poor quality food. My wife and I ordered the fish and chips. The Image of the meal looked great, nice big wedges of fish with fries. When we received our order, there were 4 fish sticks the thickness of my thumb. The tartar sause was packaged kraft tartar. There is nothing authentic or home made here. Our meal was $14.00 each. Don't eat here!

Boardwalk Burgers Spruce Grove
This was my first visit to a Boardwalk Burgers restaurant, and I was pleased with what I got out of it overall. Though the prices were not cheap, the Hawaiian burger that I got was pretty good, and it also didn't have a thin patty, like the ones you get from some other burger joints. I would recommend giving them a try, and perhaps on my next visit, I'll try one of their milkshakes too. The staff member also brought my food out to my table for me. Thank you Boardwalk for your delicious burger, and great service. I will be back.

HorribleFood was served cold, half the fries were missing, and the “adult” combo drink was the size of a child size. Disappointing since you pay 25.00 for a combo and most of the food is missing

I would not recommend this to anyone that is gluten sensitive or has celiac disease. I ordered food from here and clearly stated that I had a gluten allergy and was served regular food with a wheat bun. I called the manager to tell him what was wrong with the order. He just said it was a miss communication and that he would remake the order. Unfortunately it was already too late. The fries and a bite from the burger were already consumed that should have been gluten free but were NOT! Very disappointing.
