Today we had the Panel Upgrade Special installed in our home. Everyone arrived on the scheduled time. I just had my electrical service upgraded from 60 Amp service to 100 Amp service. It was a real pleasure dealing with the staff and service team at Sam Visca Electric. Chris, the technician that did the on site conversion was very accommodating and did a fabulous job of making the changes to my electrical panel and replacing the mast and left everything looking neat and clean both outside and inside the house. VERY satisfied with the entire process, including my dealings with Marlene to schedule and complete the job.I would highly recommend Sam Visca Electric if you need any electrical work done around the house.

Had a good experience with this company upgrading my fuse box to a new breaker panel with a surge protector. Price was very fair, and the work was done on-schedule and with zero problems. Oscar, the electrician, did a good job and was a real nice guy who answered all my questions.NOTE: I removed the front panel for this picture to show all the wiring.

Our GC hired this company for us, the tech was very friendly and said he would fix a few things we asked for along with the contracted work, however those things were not done as promised and the work was left unfinished. The workmanship is ok, but not great, there were a couple of crooked boxes and covers I had to fix(no big deal), the stove plug is in the wrong spot so I cant push the stove back fully, and since he didn't label anything on the panel like we asked him to, we had to spend half a day deciphering his wiring job. I also asked for a basic wiring diagram of the new house wiring which was not provided.

The team at Sam Vista Electric are awesome! I responded to their ad to install a new electrical panel with surge protector. Marlene was amazing at scheduling the electrician around my busy schedule for the initial assessment. Chris the electrician was incredibly knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions.The day of removing the old panel and installing the new panel and surge protector, Chris and Marlene flawlessly coordinated with Welland Hydro to isolate and reinstall the hydro meter for Chris to do the work. Chris was efficient, professional and cleaned up after the installation totally impressing me. Every time I walk by the green lights on the new surge protector panel, I feel a total sense of comfort and peace. I will definitely use this team again as I renovate my old house.
