As a Grimsby resident supporting local is incredibly important to my family. Sadly, against my better judgment, we went with Grimsby Glass to replace all of our thermal units in our windows. The lady who runs the office represents the company very well and landed us as a customer because of friendly and competent nature. She was excellent but that is where the great experience ended. Once the order was placed and out of her hands we were left at the mercy of the owner and our great experience fell apart. I paid them 50% of the fee on June 2nd and was told that the job would be completed within 4-6 weeks. It is August 17th and only part of the job has been completed. I am still waiting on installation on 5 thermal units. When I contacted them the lady has no idea when they are planning on coming back out and doesn't return my messages because she has nothing to tell me and I assume is embarrassed about their incompetence. I am sick of chasing them around to find out when the rest of the job will be completed and frankly wouldn't used them ever again. If you are looking for one off piece of glass or a mirror, they can probably handle that but if you need a bigger job, I would strongly recommend going to a better company. The experience has been more than terrible.

Andrew was so quick and efficient in installing my bathroom shower glass, he even carried it up 5 flights of stairs, such a professional! Can’t refer him enough very happy with his work!

Took 12 days for a very simple small order instead of promised 3.Communication would have been appropriate. I guess words are too expensive...

Also, the contractors that measured and installed my glass were very professional. They worked quickly and quietly. I definitely recommend their services. Also, very fairly prices!!!!

We recently renovated our lower level bathroom and were looking for a shower door. When looking for quotes, Andrew responded quickly, and promptly arrived to provide the estimation. He answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. The door was ordered and installed professionally in the timeframe provided. And it looks great!Following that, we added a walk-in shower to the main bathroom and trusted Andrew again for the job. Again, it was done professionally and on time.It was easy working Andrew and his quotes suited our budget. We will look to Andrew and his crew for any future glass work.

Working with Andrew has been a great experience! The price point was significantly better than any other company in the area. When we called Andrew, he responded promptly, showed up on time, provided a quote within 24 hrs and we had our new windows installed within a reasonable time frame.
