I was so confused to read previous review about Lola. She’s my nail master for already half a year n i never see her like lady describe her n she’s never been mean to me n always does her job on the highest level( you can see it on my pics). Call her “moron” it doesn’t put you on better position in society tbh. Always trust her my hands to do magic with them n no doubt she’ll do it better than anyone else. Attitude, mean face, aggressive person n being conflicted with smbd its definitely not bout her. If you ever try to do your nails with Lola you’ll never regret bout it. She’s always so kind n if you ask her to do it she’ll always do it no matter how hard it is.Still my favorite forever n ever, n definitely not MORON.

Lola is an aggressive and rude technician that refuses to do her job or replace nails, prides herself in sub par work, and charges extreme prices. She was shaking made to the point of almost being violent when she refused to finish my nails. But let's start at the beginning. My appointment was for 415 for a pedicure and a fill on my hand nails. I finally get in at after 445. During my pedicure she made several toes bleed, one so bad I ripped my foot away from her and she put alcohol on the wound until it stopped bleeding. Was the most lack luster and painful premium pedicure I have ever had the misfortune of enduring. We get to my nails she is doing the same aggressive rough careless attention to my hands. I tell her I need the middle finger of my left hand removed several times and she refused to, despite me asking several times. I asked her several times to make the nails as pointy as possible she gave me attitude and then gave me coffin nails ( with my nail still loose) then starts putting a gel she says is going to burn so I tell her that isn't what I want and I don't want to be hurt anymore so she throws a temper tantrum, refuses to touch my hands and she's shaking getting kore aggressive in front of me. Thank the gods someone else took over. She continued to stomp around, slam doors and throw things around. I ended up having to have another technician finish my nails as Lola was too busy acting like a 4 year old then a professional.Since she refused to fish the nail I asked I am now sitting at home crying because my nail is already falling off after I wasted over 3 hours and $200 and now have to waste more time out of my day tmrw to go redo what this moron should've done today.

The best salon in the city, hands down.Aura operates under the mantra of making everyone who walks through their doors feel VIP.The owner Diana is one of the most honest, kind, and talented business-owners I’ve ever come across… oh, and does she ever know how to transform your brows! Lovely place for manicure and pedicure! Staffs are very friendly. Cozy place. They did really great job on my nails! Definitely will come back again♥️

Lola did an amazing job on my nails. Great customer service from start to finish, really good attention to detail. They take their time to make sure nails are perfect. With two kids my nails take a lot of wear and tear and so far they are holding up beautifully. I'll be back.

I've been here for shellac nails twice now, and the first time I went, Diana radiated such incredible loving attentive energy that I literally cried (I was feeling my feelings that day okay!). These ladies really take their time and are super detail oriented with nails. They give solid advice on colors and shades, and will even swatch colors on my nails/skin before I commit. They are also the longest lasting shellac nails I've ever had without chipping (over 3 weeks). I have never felt so comfortable being pampered. Not to be dramatic but I've definitely found my forever nail place.
