Just received an order of their brownies and when I went to use my fork, the brownie was solid. Hard as a rock. It was most certainly stale and sitting out on a counter for a few days. When I called to get a refund, the person I spoke to was absolutely useless. All I was offered was a credit at their store and I was told that I’d have to come in to the restaurant and use it. They lost my business for good. Beware of ordering from this establishment. Stale food and terrible service.

I’m not one to write reviews very often but for the price I paid for the items I received I think they deserve this one star because the presentation was pretty bad considering, both desserts were cold and whip cream in cups was melted, the fries were soggy and the deep fried Mars bar was kind of chewy as if it was deep fried and sitting for a day or two. I really suggest they work a little harder on presentation and making sure food is fresh before sending it off

Bought from the cheesecake factory thays new with honey sweets. Ans there slices are so small and for 11$.? Would never buy it again

Garlic bread with Bacon $9.99 (bacon is extra) . It was two small buns that hardly had cheese or bacon.Banana cheese cake $8.99 , it tasted nice but such a tiny portion and thin for the price. Disappointing and I won’t order from here again. Lesson learned.

Love this place. I've ordered from here many times through Skip the Dishes and every item is so good I'm determined to try them all. I strongly recommend the triple threat poutine (with the donuts), and you can't go wrong with any of the shakes. Let's face it they're not the cheapest desserts in the world, but when you taste them you'll know where your money went.
