I really appreciate the flexibility of the staff to accommodate an urgent request for an X-ray for my son in very short notice. It would have been very easy for them to say ‘sorry we’re closing now’. They were flexible and waited while my som got there. This is medical care at finest… helping people and being accommodating during a stressful time.

Very efficient and convenient lab for ultrasound. Booking appointments is easy and quick, never have to wait when I arrive for my appointments. Been here 5+ times during two pregnancies and Techs have all been friendly, compassionate and helpful. Very convenient and nice to see all ultrasound images online through the portal, highly recommend!

Took my mother here for an urgent xray at 4:10pm. I was told no radiologist was available after 4pm and the results were guaranteed to be sent by next day at 4:10pm and not earlier. I explained to the receptionist that the xray was urgent, she took the requisition to the backroom for few seconds, came back and said as we have expressed the results will be available by this time tomorrow".What saddens me is that

Absolutely devastated that to “cut costs” this clinic group has cut out a sonogram photo of my first child and ruined my first ultrasound experience of being first time expectant parents. Abhorrent greed has contaminated this private owned/government subsidized place.

Very clean building and Lab. The length of whole appointment was pretty long. The technicians were detail oriented, friendly and helpful. It made the whole process smooth.

I have been to X-Ray Associates 3 times, and every time the staff has been so pleasant. Front desk staff is so friendly and helpful, always smiling, gives you a good feeling when you go in for your tests. The technicians are also friendly and very professional at the same time. Plus never had to wait longer then 5 minutes for my appointment. Thank you!

I have nothing but great things to say about X-Ray Associates located in Upper Thornhill Centre. Marlene is the sweetest individual and she definitely gives a warm, comforting welcome every time I visit. Both Vicki and Larissa are great ultrasound technicians. They are both attentive, quick and super efficient. They walk you through the service and they ensure you are comfortable with every step they take. Highly recommend this clinic for all your ultrasound and x-ray needs.

Best imaging clinic I've ever used so far. Efficient and friendly service from receptionist to technologist. Nice and clean environment. We've caused some inconvenience to staff due to our personal issues but they are patient enough to help out. Incredibly pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

I went to the X-ray associates for the first time, for an abdominal U/S.The staff at the front desk was kind; they made eye contact and smiled! They booked me for the next day. When I came for my appointment, it was the same experience, and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes.The U/S was done by Bana. Well, where do I start? she was kind and patient, very experienced, and spoke in a clear and soft voice. I felt so comfortable with her.Bana, your professionalism, experience and kind care are very appreciated. We need more people like you in the healthcare system. Thank you!Take care!
