This is probably one of the most stressful times in my life. Moving and downsizing. Carol was absolutely amazing on the phone and helped me get a storage unit in Port Colborne. Lori in Welland Also helped me and got me in contact with Carol. Great customer service all the way. You can tell they enjoy their work.The storage site is awesome. Really nice storage unit.Thank you again Carol and Lori for your help and taking some stress away!!!!

The customer service is amazing! They went out of their way to contact me when a storage locker in the size I needed came available! Carol Taylor, the property manager is super efficient and so pleasant to talk to! I recommend this storage site 100%!

Went to clear out my storage unit and was locked out. Then I called and the woman was extremely rude to me and short when I was just trying to clear out the space. Then when I told her if she's not going to let us in she can keep the stuff I was cleaning out for their benefit and she said FINE WE WILL. 100% would not recommend. Because the second you end your lease with them, you're garbage to them.
