My visit today reminded me of those sleazy businesses that advertise a great sale but when you go in to buy the product it's sold out and they upsell you on the more expensive one. I order a plain caramel apple at least once a month ($6.66). I went straight to the counter without looking as I knew what I wanted and was told they were sold out. I asked if they would sell me whatever apple they had that was least expensive and if I could have it for the same price (so I could just pick off whatever was on it to make it plain). I was told no. I will no longer be a customer.

Extremely tasty food! The young woman on December 14, 2022 at the closing shift was incredibly kind! She brought so much joy to my insane day. 10/10 would recommend this place alone because of her excellent interpersonal skills!

I’ve ordered here twice. The second time they replaced items from my order that I couldn’t eat, the store owner came to my house to deliver the right items. She didn’t have to but she did, that’s really sweet. My favourite is the caramel apple cluster in the 11 pieces limited box.

Primarily for those looking for gifts. Good variety of moderately-high-end chocolates and some specialty edibles are at the pricier end of their value. Some of the chocolates we received at this location were at, or even well-past, their suggested best before dates. The central company responded quickly to our complaint. Packaging is unique, but not especially attractive.

You would think in these time every sale matters!! Just tried to buy a good amount from you guys drove across the city for it rhe dpt machine stopped work after i pick all my stuff and you sale person tells me this happens all the time!!! Then says to wait for 20mins if I don't have cash. Well just lost my business as well as two other people that walled out at the same time. Pretty sure you need every sale if you guys can't afford to upgrade your dept machine. Back to what she said happens all the time and I think it time to upgrade. Plz make a fb post once you do and im sure many will return

So far I’ve only tried the two apples. They tasted pretty good, but I preferred the apple with almond bits since it gave a different texture to the apple and wasn’t as sweet as the cheesecake apple. I look forward to trying the rest of my goodies.PS: pretty pricy for an apple.

We love your products, but I just got a caramel apple that cost nearly $10 and the packaging you use makes it tear itself apart when you unwrap it. The one in West Ed Mall would cut it into nice wedges and box it up in a nice tray to go.

Wow! What a selection! On my annual visit to purchase maple goodies to send to my loved ones overseas, I was really impressed with the selection of goodies. Add to that, that I was squeezing in JUST before closing and the 2 ladies working gave me their full attention, did not rush me at all and offered me samples and the time to browse even though I am sure they were eager close and go home. Quality product, impressive selection, fair prices and great service earn this merchant a 5 star review.
