Cobblestone Car Wash

Terrible wash.... missed all kinds of places on this smaller SUV, as if the shape confused the hell out if it or half the jets were not working. Do not go.

Very Unprofessional employee. I forgot that this car wash requires the code to be entered (they typically enter it for customers and not all car washes require a code). Apparently such an occurrence calls for the employee to yell in the office room that I don’t have a brain as well as other customers of the day and to swear incessantly. After my car wash, I went to the office door to talk to employee/manager, but no one came out.To the employee that has worked there for how many years, man with glasses, long hair; and facial hair, empathizing with others is a skill that you lack, But I suggest you try it. You have no idea the personal battles that people are going through, especially during the holiday season!I Will NEVER return here again and will discourage everyone I know not to support this business.

Went through the wash, the wash quit mid wash cycle and kicked me out, I went through and the guy let me go through again. Did the exact same thing and when I went through again the guy treated me like I was lying and said well I watched it and you definitely got soap. What about the rest of the wash, the clear coat protection and spot free wash? I have went through that wash so many times that I know that it isn’t doing the full cycle. But sad to say it will be my last time, I got better things to do than to rip off a car wash company.

Love that the attendant comes out with debit machine as you drive up to the terminal. Drives me crazy that I can't use it to get my car washed....This alone is customer service that will have me coming back again & again....My shiny car had blow dryers going for 1.5 times longer than anywhere else I have been - well that was a huge bonus !!Super clean...extra dry... window service ...these guys have a new fan & repeat customer <3

Went in and the product didnt even get sprayed on half the vehicle, went in and the attendant did nothing but take my name and number and said he would talk with the manager and get back to me. A week and a half and no call back. Finally got a hold of the manager and said he wasnt going to do anything. I paid for a the best wash mainly and rely on the sealants and protectant. Still didnt do nothing about it as i take great care in my vehicles. Poor professionalism and doesnt care about his customers. I wont be returning anymore if that is the case.

Says they open at 7am and almost 8am and still no one there. Like if they changed there hours they might want to update on there website.

The wash does a good job compared to other automated washes, and the attendants are always on point and helpful.

I only had road grime from the highway on my vehicle I bought the most expensive $$$ wash and I didn’t even come close to cleaning it I definitely won’t be back to this one

It's good, I like that they have an employee as your window right away to take payment rather than waiting to arrive at the keypad. Streamlines the process so lines aren't as painful to wait in. Also, the employee is always there for any concerns you may have with the wash cycle etc. But generally does a good job cleaning overall.
