I have been with this franchise for 13 years and this is one of the best decisions I have made. We are one of the few franchise that make pizza with multigrain dough and low fat cheese and also have vegan options. The franchise doesn't charge any royalty fees and marketing fee. Great business to own and we will be with the company for many more years.

Freshslice App is really amazing, its a unique invention with the idea of 5%cash back. Customers are very happy with the new application and they’re enjoying it.

I have been trying to get in touch with you for some time by messages and phone, as the manager of 9208 King Geroge and Walnut grove was playing underhanded tricks:As in he got my review banned, I know the company he used for getting them banned. Also, worst was his audacity to say - that I should spend time and being someone in life instead of bringing a bad and underhanded situation to light.P.S: I have left 2 voicemail to Ali the Marketing Head twice.Edit: it’s been over a week since I emailed, and there has been no reply from head office via phone or email.Another week an no update. I am reporting the same to BBB, as well as posting the same on other sites I use.

I have been with this franchise for 2 years now. And I can proudly say this is one of the best franchise model currently in Canada. There's lot of opportunities to grow for individual and CEO of freshslice is actively engaged with all partners and quite innovative for business. The global quarters staff is highly productive and response to all query as soon as they hear from us.

CEO is really nice and always available. All staff members are really helpful.

I ordered a pizza on their website and never got my order. After going through multiple hurdles I was finally able to get in contact with a customer service representative. I hear no further response about the status of my refund and all attempts to get back in contact sends me to a voicemail. If it takes me any more days to get back the money I will be going to the police about this. Horrible customer service for not following up with a refund. Definitely won’t be ordering from their online website again.

Worst Company ever! Do not work for them, I'm warning you. The owner of this company is one of the most egoistical and fake business people in the industry. Also, DO NOT BUY FRANCHISES, do your research, you are going to lose all your money. even look at the reviews below. 3 of them are from people that work in the office and get forced to leave reviews. ( Behrooz, Rawinder, and Sohan). I'm saving you from a lifetime of regret, believe me! they claim there is no advertising and royalty but they add it all up to the pizza dough that they sell the owners. the franchisees are charged most of the advertising fees by force. almost ALL of their locations are either breaking even or losing money. when you research, go as a random stranger and ask the owners, you will see what I mean. Also, the most important is that the pizza sucks!

Head office always works on new ideas to promote the brand. Lots of follow-up, mentor sessions to lead franchisee onto operation excellency. communication and HQ check-up keep all locations in sync with brand activities.
