Krav Maga ,or Contact combat as translated from its native language, is a combatives oriented fight science. It can take someone with little or no experience and make them fitter and more confident version of yourself. It can bring you up to speed comparatively faster as it deals with real life situations.Dave Crane, owner / chief instructor is martial artist with 40 years of experience. He has a wide variety of experience in the martial arts.I have studied with him for almost 5 years. He has taken me on a challenging journey of learning. I started in the Spring of 2015 and i am still there learning. I am better person for it. Thanks.

Went to a quick session to see what it was all about. It was amazing! Things I can apply and use immediately with no practice or memorization necessary. I'm excited to check out a more thorough class next time!
