Found the last model of what we were looking for in Canada at their dealership. Drove from Calgary to get it. Super customer service. went the extra mile to accommodate our time schedule as we had to drive 7 hours each way. They sent extra pictures before the purchase to ensure it was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this dealership. Have dealt with many RV dealers in the past and a lot are terrible. Not this one, they are great.

Julien was awesome to deal with, treated us fairly on trade. He had his model in the shop, warm and easy for us to see and enjoy. We can't wait to use the fifth wheel in much warmer temperatures.

I melted the solenoid that operates my hydraulic jacks and my slides. After calling a couple dealerships, Sunridge had one for me, but I was passing through on a Sunday.Can you believe that the service tech met with me on Sunday morning and installed the new solenoid and only charged for the part?! I was ecstatic. I have heard so many good things about this RV place in Radisson. They sure have a good reputation of being helpful. Thank you so much Kevin, and Brian from service for going the extra mile.

We purchased a second hand RV from Sunridge RV. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about our purchase. There was good communication and timely appointments leading up to the purchase.We were given the opportunity to view several RV’s including some new ones to help us with our decision.Once we made our choice, a pick up appointment was scheduled where we were given a full review of the RV and it’s functions.The service manager was thorough and careful to explain the proper use of each function noting areas where consistent habits are important.We are looking forward to our next RV trip and feel confident about using our new RV.Based on our experience I would definitely recommend shopping at Sunridge RV for your next RV purchase.

We bought a used 5th wheel and had to trade it off only a year later and found out when we traded it that they sold us a unit that had water damage in one of the slide outs and seal issues. Luckily the new dealership covered the fixings.

We are extremely happy with how the purchase of our new toyhauler went. Julian was easy to deal with, had all of our paperwork organized and ready to go on delivery day. Matt in service was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when doing our trailer inspection. They both answered all of our questions and everything went seamlessly. We are from out of province so it was great to have the exceptional experience we did.

While travelling through Saskatchewan I required some parts for my class C and stopped in at Sunridge RV in Radisson where I found the parts I needed. I was surprised to see a large selection of of replacement parts and also pleased that the service person took the time to explain how to properly install the parts and make sure I had correct sealant for fixing a connection. While I was there I also discussed an issue I was having with de-winterizing my water system. The service person took one look at the issue and resolved it for me on the spot. This type of friendly and expert service is hard to find and it was nice to see an RV service center that takes the time to help out in any way that they can. I highly recommend Sunridge RV for any RV parts and service that you may need. I did not get the name of the fellow that served me but thanks for your expert advise and service.
