The cashier and manager went above and beyond this morning to help me with a printer issue. As a business owner who prides himself in great customer service, these two employees showed that. Not to mention as I was waiting I was asked if I needed help finding anything by two other friendly employees. I'm always impressed with this staples location and the staff and would highly recommend. Thank you for everything!!

We had a great experience at this store today, JIMMY in tech was awesome. He approached us in the department and gave great advice and even assisted in getting what we wanted at another store because he didn’t have the item we wanted. Kudos and thanks!

Ordered 6 big book shelves, asked delivery driver to leave them in the library where we're assembling them.He said they're too heavy (on a dolly), tossed them on the floor and left.

We placed a print order online and it was ready the next day for pickup. Great quality photos, no waiting at the pickup area, and fast checkout. There are several discounts available as well (members or associations). Plenty of parking in front of the store as well.

I went in to get my kids passport pictures done and before we could ask about the pictures the lady working was so negative! She kept saying that we will come back for pictures because kids are hard to take pictures and so on! It was really annoying! My kids end up taking really good pictures and we didn’t have to redo it. Also the pricing for the pictures were pretty expensive. I paid around $50 for two kids under the age of 4.

Its one of the best Staples around the city. As a loyal customer of more than 6 years, I would give 4 stars to this store and their people. Always carry good deals and well stocked. Well cleaned and organized store. Wireless department is good, print and marketing service department is awesome. Most of the associates are 100% hospitable and value their customers. Ofcourse there are some dreadful people, I try to stay away from them since i remember many faces..Recommended to all..

Customer care was really nice. I had been looking for a wireless mouse and was not finding it. A store attendant noticed me searching for something and came to assist me. He showed me the mouse that was in a different place than other mice were. I had a really awesome experience shopping here.

Went to the UPS store there today and the employee had no idea what he was doing. He then said you couldn’t ship vitamins to the USA and refused to ship the package even though I’ve mailed from there before and the UPS website itself confirms up to a two month supply of vitamins can be shipped to the USA.
