We had placed a order tonight and food was pretty good , when called they said 45-hour for delivery but it ended up only being about 20 . Food was nice and hot . Everything was fresh . Best food from there in a while . They even took the time to stop back after they had forgot our drink . Good service will be back.

Delivery driver tries to up the price of food by $5 for a tip, even writes it on the recipe but says its a delivery charge. Food is good but won't order delivery ever again as long as the guy delivers for them

I'm not sure what is going on.I called at 5:34pm today. I was quoted 1 hour for delivery.I am minutes away from the 2 hour mark. I have called 4 times attempting to see if its on the way as we're getting concerned and also quite hungry.They have ignored all of the phone calls.I left my proper details, told them my payment time and it was accepted at the time. NO matter how busy a business gets during these trying times, it is seriously unprofessional. I've been there something like 15 times since living in Strathroy.I'm seriously going to have to think about returning, if I ever do.Their FB reviews are now turned off.Update same day. They are starting to ring my phone off the hook at 9pm. 5 or 6 hours, 4 hours after three fact. We're you trying to washer up my child that was just went to sleep?

Sadly it was pretty awful. No ingredients in the house fried rice. Everything was way too salty . Again next to no ingredients in the other dishes for the high prices charged.

Food was always fresh. But sometimes tastes fishy overall. Likely from cooks NOT useing separate utensils for different types of dishes.Tangs and Amy's place also worse than here.Glencoe Chinese been best in area.

This is Simply the best Chinese food I have had in the London area. I must admit, the service, environment and overall experience was average; however, the quality of food was exceptional! The veggies were well cooked and had great texture. The meats (we had beef, chicken and shrimp dishes) were all great - tender and no grisly bits. Best of all, the broccoli didn't have that unknown slime that most North American Chinese food places have! I highly recommend trying it out. Prices were acceptable considering the quality of the foods. I have no disclosures.

I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews but our food we picked up today was awful. The Wonton soup tasted like dishwater and there were curdled chunks of something floating around. The chop suey was held together with some sort of gelatinous mass. The vegetable chicken stir fry tasted like it was cooked on an unclean grill. It was charred and was very heavy on the cabbage and hardly had any chicken. The fried rice was fine.I should add that we didn’t call in to complain because judging by the other reviews, I can’t imagine the food would have been fixable.

Not bad for first pick up order. Customer service was friendly over the phone.The Good: Chicken Balls were really good and liked the sauce flavour - a bit sour and not too sweet; veggie rice was fairly good; General Tao so-so; Beef & Broccoli not bad.The Bad: food too salty; sauce had starchy chunks, egg rolls tasted like fried from frozen and not that greatThe Ugly: did NOT like the spring rolls! Gross, mushy inside and far too greasy! Probably cooked from frozen as well.
