Never shopped at a cannabis store nor tried it before but this place was very welcoming throughout the whole process. I've been coming here for a few weeks now.The store smells amazing as soon as you walk in (not the skunk smell). The staff are super friendly and look forward to helping you. I had a lot questions and they were very helpful, I learned a lot about my tolerances with the herb and look forward to trying different variations.I highly recommend this place if you are a new or long time cannabis user. The staff alone are amazing!Thanks Kraft Cannabis! I'll definitely be back.

This is a great cannabis store! While none of their buds are directly on display, their selection is on their easy to see TVs (and most people probably can't tell one bud from another visually anyway). The lack of display tables is a nice break from the usual busy clutter of other cannabis stores. It's nice inside and the staff were super helpful, particularly knowledgable and friendly!!Got some weed that I hadn't seen anywhere else here, and they have a little loyalty program too!

Came in around 115pm today with sort of an idea of what I’d like to buy. The woman who helped me (sorry I didn’t ask your name) was super nice and friendly right from the beginning. She was so helpful and even complimented my outfit and nails. I’ll definitely be back!!!

Large variety of products to choose from.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.Awesome decor, and pet friendly. Pets (Must be 19 to enter) lol.Very competitive prices, if not the best in town.Check this place out, I promise you won’t be disappointed

I’ve tried a few shops in Guelph and this is my favourite. Knowledgeable staff with great customer service. The two gals I dealt with were awesome. Very cool vibe to the shop! Love it and will definitely return.

Dustin and his team are fantastic. When I'm in the area I have to pop in and see what else they have for me.They have a well curated selection. The budtenders are always speaking from experience and incredibly honest.The vibes are perfect. I pickup and hangout everytime. I haven't caught the live music yet and that's my only gripe
