The worker did a fantastic job resurfacing my front porch & stairs, clean up was great, would recommend them , job well done

Our garage is small (10' x 20'). The floor had become badly pitted over the last 25 years. TCR was the only company who followed up on my request for an estimate. My son-in-law, who knows about these things, told me the estimate was reasonable. So we went with them. The work took two days, with two days in between to let the concrete skim coat set properly. The result is fantastic! I love my new garage floor! The two guys who did the work were competent and friendly. TCR has my unreserved recommendation.

TRC did a fantastic job replacing our garage floor. The work was done as scheduled, perfectly despite weather issues and cleanup during and afterwards was exceptional. No hesitation to recommend Jamie and his team!

I was provided with very professional and friendly service from my first conversation with Hubert regarding the concrete repairs that I needed until the job was completed. The price was fair (most quotes I received were much higher) The crew arrived when they said they would, made sure that I was was satisfied with the repairs and before leaving made sure the area was swept clean. What I was most impressed with was the attention that Hubert gives to his clients no matter how large or small the job is…he even stopped by to check the work after his crew had left!!!

Very pleased with the company quality and staff! Quick turnaround service. Gave a quote and started the work within 3 days. Initially, when they finished the work was not up to THEIR standards. The owner came to our house to apologize and said they would fix it.  This was before we even had the chance to convey our own dismay.  (The concrete that arrived was had a different set up time than what they ordered which caused some issues.)  The owner and company offered to re-do it, which took a lot more work for them and a lot more cost for them, but at NO cost to us.  They really went above and beyond to fix the way that it looked.  We really never even had a chance to complain because they were completely on top of it.  They through in some extras (again at no extra cost to us) to make it up to us.  It’s not often that a company surprises us with such great service and quality.  They didn’t just “fix” the work, they made sure it was above and beyond what we originally wanted.  The finished product was truly flawless with exceptional quality.  I place a strong value on supporting local business because when it comes to customer service and quality they truly care more.

We contacted Hubert and the team at Toronto Concrete repair in order to try to salvage the aging, cracked and decaying front porch and stairs on our Semi Detached, 1950’s built Toronto home. Honestly, based on the rough shape our porch was in, we went into this thinking there wouldn’t be much that could be done (except to replace the porch, which we were trying to avoid). But lo and behold, Hubert and his team completely refinished and revived our aging concrete front porch and steps in a FLASH!! I cannot believe the difference—our home looks BRAND NEW, and we are IN LOVE with the Granite look finish on our gorgeous newly minted front porch (did I mention it comes with an incredible warranty?!). Hubert was responsive, respectful, and incredibly communicative the entire way through our project-He and his team even took extra care to protect our vintage wrought iron railings (which we did not want to remove because we love the charm they bring to our house) and made sure that the entire front of the home, yard etc were spic and span when they left. We were so pleased, that we hired them again right as they finished the first job, to redo the parging around the bottom of our home next! That job was completed just as quickly, efficiently and with the same incredible results. We are absolutely over the MOON with the facelift our little home just got thanks to the team at Toronro Concrete Repairs, and we could not be more grateful. My only regret, was waiting 15 YEARS before finding someone reliable and reputable to get this done-I feel like I can be proud of my home again. Hands down, the Best. Upgrade. EVER!!! #WorthEveryPenny
