From start to finish, Ben went above & beyond for my family! Our furnace went out over the weekend & Ben was there within an hour to see if he can get it going again. He advised us of the repairs unfront & was very transparent. We decided to just get a whole new furnace, he came the next day & installed it! HVAC Strong Mechanical Ltd. recently installed the dual-fuel heat pump / natural gas furnace in our home. The installation was of very high quality. While he was installing our system, Ben also re-routed some of the existing natural gas piping so that it was not in the way and it now looks much more professional and tidy.Ben also added a couple of features that make the furnace room really stand out. We now want to show people the furnace room, rather than keep the door closed.Ben went above and beyond our expectations, and it is refreshing to deal with someone who is honest, trustworthy and ethical in his business dealings.I highly recommend HVAC Strong to anyone wanting a heating system installation.

How do I put it. Ben is simply phenomenal, and this is actually understatement. We had a very challenging situation where our high-efficiency furnace was in need of major repair: the heat exchange (which is a key component) was leaking, and swapping it out required taking the entire furnace out with all the accompanying piping and air vents work. I actually was told that the entire furnace may need to be replaced because removing the existing furnace this was such a challenging work. Long story short - Ben did all the work in half a day, and left our place cleaner than before! I am still amazed how smooth and trouble-free an experience it was for us.This is what you call professional of the highest caliber! His rates are worth every penny. With a different service provider it may have taken several days to complete this work, and at the end I may have needed to replace the furnace after all.Ben has my highest recommendations. Very, very happy with his service.
