Deep Clean

We had our carpets cleaned by Deep Clean. John and Dylan were a very friendly, professional team that worked extra hard on stubborn stains. They managed to completely remove most markings/stains and at the very least lessened the remainder. Would absolultely recommend their carpet cleaning services, and I will go to them in the future!

John was amazing to work with, and he is a very responsive communicator! His expertise and interest in our problem was apparent from the start, and he took the time to understand the stains and formulate an approach. He really has designed the best system in the business, and you can tell that he has had years of experience in homes, apartments and businesses. He and his group are also prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. They really care about their clients, about the quality of their work, and about protecting your carpet (i.e. they think about things like the warranty). Highest recommendation for quality and peace of mind.

John, his son Dylan, and Tyson were much, much, much better than I expected! First of all, they were cheaper than every other good carpet cleaning business I contacted. Second, John was extremely easy to communicate with. He was responsive, friendly, warm, and accommodating. We needed our carpets done on a three day notice, and John went out of his way to make room for us in his schedule. He actually even agreed to spread out the cleaning over two separate days just to accommodate our needs.Some of our carpets were in pretty bad shape, and they did a wonderful, thorough job cleaning them. They showed a lot of patience while we moved furniture and made them wait at times. When we pointed out spots that weren't as clean as we'd have liked, John had them done again. Our whole staircase and hallway carpet seemed almost irredeemably stained, but John deep cleaned these areas twice (over two days).*After* the cleaning, we had a room start getting smelly because it probably didn't dry quickly enough due to the weather, and a couple of 'hidden' stains seeped up through the carpet (no fault of John's). We called him not expecting much since he'd already gone above and beyond in doing his job. To our very pleasant surprise, John and his son Dylan showed up the next day to clean those carpets AGAIN!Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about Deep Clean. We were very impressed with their work, demeanor, and kindness, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Deep Clean provided carpet cleaning service for my parents’ home where the carpet has not been cleaned for over 20 years and the carpet looked amazing afterwards! They were able get out most of the stains including ones on the stairway that have been there for as long as I can remember. The best part was the customer service from John and every member of his team - everyone was friendly and transparent with their communication. Also the pricing was very reasonable. I called around to many companies and some places provided quotes that made my jaw drop. In summary: great price, excellent carpet cleaning and remarkable customer service. I would 100% recommend!

Their service fee was the chipset (about $70 cheaper, the next lowest quote that I had), but I think the quality of their job was very average. The person who came to my place to clean my carpets did not even try to vacuum my carpet first. He started cleaning without vacuuming saying that the cleaning machine does the vacuuming job at the same time!!!They were very good at removing the satins, but my carpet piles were very flattened and I was hoping cleaning my carpets could help a little to unflatten my carpets. I was not unreasonably expecting my carpets to be restored to the original condition. However, I was expecting a little restoration. Their service did not help at all in terms of unflattening the carpet piles. It was just cleaning with zero restoration effect.In General, they did a fairly good job but not amazing.

We had our carpets and furniture all cleaned today by John's team. This company gives a far better result than the franchise carpet cleaners we have used in the past. They spent time to ensure all stains etc were removed. The men worked hard, were professional, on time, polite and did a great job. John was on site and ensured the results were to his standard. I was given a couch and needed it cleaned! Posted the before and after pictures which speak for themselves!! But honestly they did a great job! The prices were by far the best I found, and the quality was still amazing.The customer service was above and beyond as well. There was one slight issue and the team showed right back up and fixed it at no other charge. They really truly bottom of Thier great care about the company and care about costumer satisfaction. I will definitely use them again in the future.
