This is the second time I have used your service. My dog has cancer and had an accident just before the two gentlemen who were here arrived. They were incredibly patient while I cleaned up the mess (it was right by the back door where they came in) and then let her out. They got everything and took it away lickety split. Would suggest to anyone needing this kind of service to use you guys.

Excellent service- able to do same day pickup, came within the quoted window of time. The two gentlemen were uniformed, polite and very pleasant.They hustled and moved a large volume of junk quickly and carefully. They were tidy in the home, cleaned up after themselves and protected the flooring while they were moving everything.Price was lower than expected.Just junk will be my first call for future junk removal.

Service was quick and professional but the original quote was way off base. The final price was almost half again of the original quote. To be fair there was more than they saw on the visit to see the removal items but they were verbally given a run down of what the rest of the items would be. I think it was just not business like to give a quote and basically double it after removal of the items. Some consideration should have been given.

What a fantastic job these guys did!! They were quick and easy to work with. I was able to get a quick appointment to deal with my yard clutter that resulted in a city violation from my neighbours. They were able to remove everything I asked and even able to get the stuff that was frozen to the ground removed. Took them probably 15 minutes in total. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using them again. Cost was reasonable too. Thank you so much!

I've used Just Junk several times now and it can get pricey but you always know what you're getting into and they do a great job clearing out spaces. Staff are helpful, courteous and work hard. Estimates are typically right on point and it isn't hard to book them in a pinch.

My boyfriend worked here a while back. He had to clean out a basement with black mold and they would not supply a mask even though they had them. When he got sick and had to go home they implied that he was making it up because nobody else got sick". They told him it was probably because he was vaping. He supplied a doctor's note and everything. They never scheduled him again. They never sent him an ROE. He has been having fairly frequent severe asthma attacks and needs to use a puffer ever since that day. He never once had an asthma attack before that."
