Maison D'Uniforme Lemira

Recently I went to get a few polo shirts and pants for my sons uniform. Service was quick as usual. I am a longtime client. Quality is very good. I dressed my 3 girls from here in the past. Quality is excellent.

Worse service and tricky method for selling oversize clothes:Pay attention. As the inventory of some usual size turning down, they start to modify the oversize product for the smaller size and sending to the client without any notice or confirmation!After 3 months of online order, they sent a part of order as a non-original T-shirt as you see in the picture that they changed the size from 3XLarge to Large and cancel the rest of order without my consent!After lots of communication as a valuable client that I paid them about 500$ for previous orders, they did not accept to refund the item of 17$ neither the mailing cost!Do not trust and buy online from them! Most of product are not available but they use this tricky method to sell modified and bad selling product.You may receive a part of order with 12$ mailing cost and they would say under their policy the mailing cost is nor refundable without any exception!Worst customer care ever!

I made a reservation and visited to purchase a child uniform a month ago. But they don't have enough school uniforms (not even sizes). I had no reason to visit. They told me to order online. However, online orders for the first month are being processed. Buying school uniforms is such a difficult task?! I don't know why school uniforms are only sold here! This is exclusive! Consumers also need the right to choose. Uniforms are never cheap here.

I was greeted well and was served at the assigned time. No waiting time or online only orders like other companies . My son tried on the sizes they suggested and within 10 minutes my order was ready . The service was courteous and friendly. Its great to see the owner working along other staff taking orders and helping customers to avoid delays.For the 2nd year now after sauve closed I am buying from Lemira . I got excellent service , the quality is very good . I am very satisfied .

Rude phone agents. Completely unhelpful staff. False information on delivery items and date. COVID is not an excuse - all businesses are dealing with hardship during this time and are at least accommodating and respectful. Their answer to any question is call your school for information - they are the ones that signed the contract with us".Other schools have received their uniforms in time. Unfortunately

What a mess this place. They are lost, not finding orders when I travel to pick them up, during the pandemic, it was even worse. During school year, since its quieter, it's better. Staff are polite and nice.Clothes are poor quality comparing to previous school uniform store.

The service I have experienced at Lemira is exceptional. My appointment times are respected no matter how many customers are in the store. There is a salesperson assigned to you that helps you with sizing and who remains patient throughout the whole process. The salespeople are welcoming, friendly, and warm as they make you feel like you are part of their family. My children have gone to different high schools, so I have experienced many other uniform suppliers where I feel I'm all alone to figure out sizing and I'm hurried to place my order. Even though my son's high school is changing supplier for the next school, I still got impeccable service when I went to get him additional clothes. I have no idea why there is a change in supplier when Lemira is doing such an excellent job.

Absolutely terrible service. They gave us an appointment to pick up my daughters uniform, we received a confirmation via text to confirm the appointment, and the day of the appointment, the doors were closed. No one was there. Others who had appointments before us were also waiting outside. After leaving a message, no call back. I had to call them back, to be told that they were busy with another school that day. No message sent to us, no memo on their door. The schools are their clients, they don’t care about the actual parents who are purchasing the clothing. I can’t believe our school has a contract with them. Extremely disappointed.

Not thrilled about my experience with them. They had us book appointments through their website on which you have to sign in with a school specific code, only to turn us away when we showed up because they didn't have the stock yet. They were aware of the problem with their system letting people book appointments that they could not respect and yet made no attempt to contact people to cancel the appointments. If my child's school didn't force us to buy from them I would avoid them like plague.

Is it possible to put -1 star?After two kids, eleven years in private school and four different uniform companies, La maison Lemira offers the worst service I've encountered. They do not have a proper store - to buy something you need to make an appointment 10 days in advance and they open only from 10 am to 5 pm.Nobody ever answered the phone or the multiple e-mails we sent them.The website is made very poorly. How difficult is it to have a good quality pictures of the products? There is no description for the sizes, so ordering online is a guessing game. My daughter needed 8 1/2 size shoes, and we had to check multiple websites to understand the sizing chart. When we received the shoes, they were the wrong size, and now it's impossible to get a refund. They have an absolutely ridiculous return policy. We cannot exchange for a different product, only for a different size of the same product. It's shocking that a retail company can have such a terrible return and exchange policy.We are going to ask the school to change their uniform supplier.
