Alex was fantastic. After posting for recommendations on social media, he reached out to me directly and was honest and transparent about what he could do for me. During our inspection, he was thorough, and even offered to stop the inspection halfway through after we discovered significant issues, so that we would save money (we chose to continue but it was nice of him to offer). With those significant issues, he brought us down to show us what he was talking about, and was able to answer most of our questions about the issues too. We received the report from Alex within 2 hours of the end of the inspection, it was informative, thorough and full of images to back up his findings. We had wanted him to do a WETT inspection as well, however he was honest enough to tell us that just from looking at the wood heat source it wasn't going to pass code, and that he would save us the extra money by not doing that part of the inspection. Overall, Alex was phenomenal and I would absolutely hire him again (and plan to for future real estate purchase).

Choose Alex Pay!I can’t say enough good stuff about how thorough he is with his inspection, as well as how much knowledge he has on every aspect of a home. Alex inspected the first house we bought and found a few issues which ended up being fixed by the sellers. More importantly, Alex just inspected a house we put an offer on, and did it ever pay for itself! He found some major issues in the attic (water damage, and insects) with the roof and wrote up a very detailed report on these concerns. If we didn’t get an inspection, we would have been on the hook for tens of thousands of dollars worth of repairs! Never skip doing an inspection! Alex’s professionalism and knowledge is unmatched, and we will continue to have him inspect every potential home that we look at.PS. Really great experience working with Alex! He was very professional, responsive, and put together a super detailed but easy to understand report for me. Although I really loved the look of the place, ultimately he saved me from moving forward with a place that needed substantial repairs, which were not evident pre-inspection.
