The may be the cleanest motel I have ever stayed at. The staff are friendly and accommodating.Excellent value for the rate and located near many amenities.I liked to walk downtown (20 min) but there are buses that pass by every few minutes as well if you are not driving.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience here. A simple motel that was very clean, with friendly staff, and rooms bigger than expected. Overall, we liked it a lot. The only downside would be the lack of air conditioning - we stayed in June and it was still warm in our room. If it had been any hotter, we would have looked somewhere else.

This motel is a little dated, but the rooms are kept very clean. Each room includes a small kitchenette, although the stove can only be used if you're a monthly guest. There is a microwave, but no toaster. Fortunately, there are coffee shops (Starbucks and Tim Hortons) nearby where you can grab breakfast. There are also a number of other restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner (The Ruby, KFC, Denny’s, etc.)The staff were all very friendly. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk took the time to mark local attractions on a map for us. She also recommended a few restaurants downtown. This was greatly appreciated.Because the motel is quite dated, there were a few issues. The structure is wood so you can hear every movement the people above you make. We had some very noisy people staying above us which made sleep difficult sometimes. I recommend trying to get a room on the top floor or staying elsewhere if you are a light sleeper. The door to the room is also just wood and not self-closing so you have to make sure it’s closed or you’ll hear all your neighbours (who also may not have properly closed their doors). The other big problem is the parking situation. This, however, might be more the fault of the other guests than the motel itself. The parking lot is quite small and a number of spots are marked for small cars only (which nobody listens to) so the parking lot fills up very quickly. We also found that an alarming number of people here are incapable of parking between the lines of a parking space. When people park their cars over the lines, they effectively reduce the number of parking spaces by half. I was honestly amazed (and disgusted) by how many people were so rude and inconsiderate as to take up two parking spaces. We did, however, always managed to get a parking spot (sometimes the last one and often a very tight spot).Overall, this is a very nice motel for the price.

The room we stayed at was a lot larger than we thought. It also came fully supplied from amenities such as soap and towels to a fridge and keurig machine. We are really happy with the service and the place exceeded our expectations. The front desk lady, assumed to be the owner, was friendly and also directed our attention to events and attractions happening that weekend. She was extremely helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

This is NOT a chain, but run by a kind family. The room was very large - with full kitchen. Just ask to borrow plates, etc. at the front desk. We were able to do our laundry in the evening. Nice place north of Victoria downtown. The folks at the desk called us a cab when we needed one.

It is a clean place and quiet. It is 5 minutes to downtown and minutes away from 3 major shopping malls. There are several nightclubs within walking distance. Although not fancy it is the central jumping off point for everything in the greater Victoria area.

We were very impressed with the size of the rooms. They were huge! And very clean with comfy bedding. For the price we paid, we consider this a hidden gem. It is near a Starbucks, Tim Hortons, several restaurants and a 7-11. You will be spoiled for choice, all within walking distance. One small issue we encountered was that we could hear the people above us moving around in the morning, the floor creaked under their feet.

Very easy to access from transit and only 8 min bus ride from downtown Victoria. Reception staff was super friendly and helpful giving us a map and sightseeing suggestions. The room was more spacious than expected with a small kitchen table, microwave, fridge, sofa, TV, 2 closets, mirrors, washroom and 2 queen beds. Ideal for multiple people and longer stays.
