The Source

Bought a Chromebook and a laptop after Christmas. Went in two separate times for help and both times left without any help. If I knew that this is how they are I would not have bought them there… I would have bought anywhere but there! Very, very disappointed and disgusted.UPDATE: after corresponding with the source, as requested, I am no further ahead. They just confirmed that they offer NO service. Unbelievable!

Best customer service ever. Special mention to Shaun and Conner for helping me. They were informative and patient in helping me understand how to transfer all photos and data from iPad to laptop. I bought a new iPad and Apple Watch and Air Pods. I’ll be going back to them when it’s time to replace my iPhone!

Excellent service! They honored Andrea's sales price on my 65 Samsung TV. Andrea's Electronics never had any left in stock and because they would have to order one in Andrea's would not honor their sales price."

This is the friendliest most helpful Source I have been to. They don't try to upsell things you don't need, and the after sale service is second to none.

I give the all the wonderful employees at the source a 5 star review, they all worked together and helped me get the best deal and best phone. Aimie Laws was fantastic!! She was very detailed about what I needed in a plan and went above and beyond to go through to see my usage and picked the right plan for me. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new phone without the pressure of sales is to go to the source!Thanks so much for the advice guys

I want to let the head office know how impressed I was of the Penticton Source. I popped in one day to get a new cord for my tablet and Shaun was telling me about the deal that was on the google phone. He got me interested but I wanted to go home and discuss it with my daughter. There was no pressuring me to do it then but I guess he was a good salesman because my daughter thought it was a good deal and so did my sister and her husband who were talking about getting a new phone. All 3 of us went back the next day to purchase one. Shaun was fantastic but so were the other 2 associates who helped him get us all set up. Today I went back in to purchase something else and I think her name was Cassie who helped me and she was also fantastic. She even helped me with a problem I had with my phone. I want to thank all of you for your help and professional attitude. It isn't very often that we find such good service. It sure show that The Source must be a good place to work.Thank you, Lynn
