I Love Tim's! The service in this location is absolutely terrible. Staff are rude. To busy talking to each other rather then doing there job!! Rather then standing around chatting maybe clean the disgusting bathroom. Manager really needs to get the staff in line!! Terrible! worst Tim's ever!!

For the love of God. Will you please,please teach your staff the difference between Milk and Cream. I have thrown out more coffees from this location due to this than I care to remember. Then when you say something to them they get extremely defensive and I even had one lady become confrontational. It’s not rocket science.

My Tim's has lost its luster. The employees are disgruntled and don't offer quality service because they are so unhappy. It seems that the customer is low on their level of priority because their management are disconnected.

Usually love this place.went in and asked for a farmer's wrap with extra sauce and came out and there was absaloutely no sauce at all on it .very dissapointing but usually love this place.

Short staffed not their fault but when it’s busy they have 1 woman who didn’t know what ingredients went in the sandwiches or drinks. Another man who just stood around. A girl came from the back and she was the only one who knew what she was doing. Ordered a strawberry watermelon quencher it was so watered down it had barely any taste. Ordered a chicken craveable and the woman asked me if I wanted bacon then while making the sandwich forgot the bacon when I corrected her she put raw bacon on it. 0/10

Been going to this location for 20+ years while traveling by. This is constantly the worst tim hortons in the maritimes. I have 50 plus stories from over the years that range from incorrect orders, horrible cleanniess of the location and even staff fighting with each other. Today was the straw that broke me. This is a photo of my Blt, employee said they didn't have lettuce at the time but 30 min later they did. I've managed a tim Hortons in the past, basically didn't want to refill it at the time and sent me on my way. I was given a refund.

The bathroom was the most putrid experience of my life! No joke, I have never been in such an unclean public restroom! Someone left cleaning supplies in the sink, like they gave up. There was excrement overflowing in a toilet and garbage everywhere! I told the staff and they didn’t seem to care. I told them again, with emphasis that they really need to look into it because it’s a health hazard. I will never go there again.

The food was good. However they are very unorganized and your order may get mixed up however the staff are nice and good I would recommend this place for food but not on a really busy day. This was my experience for this date when I came it may not always be like this with mixed up orders and such just letting you know
