iTAN Advanced Tanning Studios

This was the most expensive and the worst tanning experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom, no towel in the tanning room, the bed didn’t turn on when the start button was pressed forcing me to get redressed and go out to the front desk and tell them it wasn’t working and then the timer started counting down before I even got into the bed. THE. WORST. TAN. EVER!!!!I did not use this today I used it on Friday and you are correct it was under Valerie Williams. As I am not from Ottawa, I am from Toronto, I was not familiar with your studio and I explained this to your staff. Perhaps they should have advised me of the towel protocol. As for the washroom, trust me there was no toilet paper or paper towel. I was kind enough to advise them of this upon vacating your premises. Your welcome! Note I only checked off 1 star because I couldn’t leave it empty.

Five stars go to staff at I-Tan in Orleans, Ont...more specifically Ashley Quinn & Chrissie Anna.Not only are they so sweet & endearing...they are extremely knowledgable about the whole tanning process. I had numerous questions for them from time to time & they had ALL the answers..Their knowledge of each individual bed was amazing, they are well versed in recommending the proper number of minutes for each session, taking into account your individual goals as well as your skin tones, your own time scheduling etc.Their genuine care for your well-being & enjoying the experience, are top on their list of client care & concern. Very impressive!Such a pleasent atmosphere!Highly recommend this location & especially the staff!Thank you ladies!

I love the spray tans here and that they have different options for my skin tone. It beats paying $70 for a handheld session and taking hours out of my day. I also like the privacy Itan has vs handheld sprays. I highly recommend Itan.

Nice clean facility with great staff most of time. On this Saturday I was made to wait at the front desk for fifteen minutes while the lone staff member was on a personal phone call in the staff room. I know this because she told me when she finally returned to the desk. Shame. Normally great customer service.

I just tried their new exclusive lotion and it is so nice. The person working there explained it was made for true skincare first and extras to help the tanning process. I don't think I will use any other lotion except this one. I have to say Itan is very professional and the place to go to.

The beds are great but the best part is the customer service. They are the nicest group of ladies I’ve ever met! They take the time to know your name are NEVER on their phones and are always just 5 star service! 50% of the reason I go is them :) . Great job ladies!

I paid a montly membership for five+ years in this tanning salon, In Dec 2022, my monthly payment tripled without any notice. I haven't been using the salon for the last three years but I kept on paying my menbership as I was told I had to keep paying the monthly fee if I didn't want to loose my membership and loose the minutes I had banked.Today, on my third trip to the salon in a attempt to resolve the isuue, I end up canceling my membership. They shamelessly have been taking my money for the last 3 years, just to turned around to said that my membership was unfrozen by mistake and the process could not be reversed.I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Really good service.This location had very good service.The staff is amazing and the place is clean and ready for you to go in.If u need a tan in orl definitely the place stop in!!

Such a relaxed atmosphere, no appointment necessary, just walk in to meet always friendly staff who will put you in the best bed suitable to you and that's available.The beds are such great quality.Staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.Very convenient location Reasonable prices and packages.Sufficient beds in each branch with a wide variety of solarium beds.
