I am addressing this to your security services at VICTORIA, COURTENAY, and NANAIMO. I am warning your security services that Five Star Medicinal, Pharm (Weed Dispensary), Cloud Nine (Weed Dispensary), Pineapple Express (Weed Dispensary), and Clarity Cannabis are all willing to use illegal banking strategies with oligarchical homeowners by allowing dispensaries to continuously get money lent to them from RBC (among others), and force the police stations in town to do authority abuses against myself and my Brooksean Judges in the Victoria Courts behind the parliament's back when they took an extra long vacation this season. These dispensaries with beserker cops have collected intelligence from all of my customers from illegal financial consultants (because of the illegal banking source of income). These dispensaries are into break and entries, drug dealing on the streets with illicit drugs, pressuring people into taking brain damage until they take drugs (including their weed, among the other drugs that they also do, on sick nights)
