My dog was not doing well at all. We brought her here to seek emergency help but the vet did not give a ****. She said she needed to deal with other dogs and that she was very busy. Did not give my dog any IV after my dog hadnt eaten or drinked in days. My dog was 11 years old, perfectly healthy, after 2 days of visiting them, we found our dog dead in the kitchen. They let my dog die. They treated my family terribly, they were careless when we walked in. This is a business, they are there to make money and thats all. I wish places like this would be sued and closed down, but in Canada its impossible. I hope this doesnt happen to any other family.

I have never received such incompetent service. They allowed my cat to die knowingly. RUN from this vet. They are about making money ...NOT your animal.

They were nice enough to take our Marvin in a emergency but we were told that acupuncture would greatly help him once he had taken medication for a period of time.The Dre.advised me it would be $50 a session. My daughter took our Marvin back for the 10 day check up to see if the medication was working and was advised that acupuncture would really help. It was $50 a session. I took him for the session and was billed $120 and was told i must have misunderstood the Dre. Please be sure to get awritten estimate for all charges.

Vets try to stack up as many tests as possible, not provide you with answers, give your pet medicine that makes them violently ill so you have to come back for a follow up…. I’ve spent 5000$ + and have not been given a proper answer for my dog.The ladies at the front desk are fine.But you can tell this clinic is all about making money at the expense of your pets life. Why diagnose it right the first time when they can charge an extra few thousand on wasted tests. Problem is the added weeks that have gone by have nearly put my pet in the grave.I’m just sad by the whole system. They really should have picked a profession where lives are not on the line.Bottom line is the vets are incompetent and don’t know what they are doing OR they just try to grab as much money as possible and view you and your pet as a walking wallet…. Which one is it?

Can’t say enough good things about the excellent care we’ve received here for the care of our sick elderly cat. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been patient, generous with information and kind. Dr. Cockburn is a gem, offering lots of information and time to follow up and check in.

Amazing experience. They took my dog on the same day, even though we were from out of town. Fantastic follow-up. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They communicated with my Vet from the U.S. to be sure they had all their facts.Great Great vet clinic!!

STAY AWAY, RUDE STAFF, ! My Pup injured his paw, We called the vet right away and were told over the phone would have to agree to several blood test and exams before they would even give us a appointmentWhen we came to bring him at the time told to us over the phone and they were not able to see him, the reception said they keep him onsite in one of the cages until he could be seen equally they were very forceful to get me to sign a consent form where they could do any test the VET deemed necessary... all this for a sore paw.... We asked the reception to provide a time in which he could be seen and we bring him back at that time. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE but gave us an appointment almost 6 hours later.

They take care of reptiles. Great staff, clean, and a nice drive out to the country from the west ilsand.
