drive thru after 11pm is a joke. “the system” seems to be updating 5 nights thru the week rendering the restaurant useless at night. Sat in the drive thru tonight for nearly 45 minutes before getting to the menu to place an order…yet again the system is updating and they were unable to take orders. idk maybe try to let your customers know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

In the drive thru for over 20 mins, was told “system is updating”, which seems to be a reoccurring theme every time i come to this location. One day they only take cash, one day the system is apparently down, another day, they just have people in the drive thru for over half an hour, without any orders being taken. This location is a mess. They claim to be 24 hrs but always have issues past 9pm. Was told after almost 45 mins of waiting that if i wanted to order, it would have to be done through a mobile order (skip the dishes). After placing an order, i was met with confusion, eye-rolls and head shaking, as if i was inconveniencing them. Overall terrible experience, i would recommend that they stop claiming to be “24 hrs”, and train their employees to have some decency when dealing with customers.

Food is ok. But the cashier and food preparer are quite slow and they were not even that busy. Especially if one compares their speed with a McDon..... store. If they want to better serve their customers, better improve their speed of operation.

It was a really good deal with coupon. We bought a whopper for buy 1 get 1 free. The burger was fresh and juicy. The service was quick if you wanna grab and go.We ordered a whopper combo this time. The combo was a good deal with coupons in the mail. The fries were not bad! If you don’t have coupons, you can try their whopper combo on whopper Wednesday at $5.99 each.Recently, I came here dine in service during lunch time. The waiting time inside the shop wasn’t too bad. The food was good, but the tables for dine in were very dirty. The seats and tables were never cleaned and seemed like nobody was taking care of the hygiene there because it was a self service dining area. I think management need to pay attention to this due to the COVID situation. It will make it safer for everyone to enjoy dine in if the tables & chairs are clean regularly.

My hubby loves Burger King and crave for their burgers once in a while. This restaurant is conveniently located. It is quite big with nice comfy seats. I love the high ceiling and the fact that there are lots of window seats. I'm sure you'll love to sit by the window and enjoy a decent meal on a lovely sunny day. It's very clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. The service was very fast. The burgers were juicy and yummy. The jalapeños cheddar cheese chicken nuggets were really tasty. Love that the onion rings and nuggets are not oily. The apple and strawberry turnovers were tasty, too! The best part is the price is very reasonable.

Used only drive through at5.30 pm.Pretty busy and the drive through gets super congested so it blocks other parking traffic. Took me 8 min to get through. Burger was good and value for money was there for the days special.

Drive thru went by pretty quickly even with about 7 cars waiting. I ordered the extra long cheeseburger and original chicken sandwich. If they still have the extra long cheeseburger, I would recommend getting it as a quick snack. I enjoyed the meal and would visit this location again.

This location is pretty busy inside and drive thru and they are very good with hot meals given, have not seen a miss or mess up order, manager is around just in case and a team oriented atmosphere.
