Paid a large sum of money but have yet to receive a working sim. First one went to a wrong address even when I emailed the correct address. There might be a second one and I am told to wait for it. I should not be waiting for a product for almost 6 months.

I used Wraptel - International Unlimited Data and found it has the best rates I've seen so far. I had issues but that's because I didn't follow the instruction properly at first but was able to figure it out with some help from customer services.

I purchased a SIM from Wraptel. It doesn’t connect properly and I am unable to receive calls or SMSs. I have opened a support request but after a few responses on changing settings the SIM still isn’t working properly. Now Wraptel won’t respond to me at all and despite offering a new SIM I haven’t heard from them or received it for nearly three weeks.

When I got and activated my sim, I was informed via email that they have an issue with their network operator. For the past month they cant provide call service. Not the best first impression. :( I've contacted support, they just told me that the issue persists. If you need to make or receive international calls, just get a sim from another supplier.

What they call „fair usage policy“ makes the data SIMs practically worthless. The speed is almost immediately reduced to a level where you can not even synchronize e-mail and where the contractual data volumes can never be reached. It’s a rip off.

This is such a useless company. Purchased the international sim last year. Early this year all sim cards stopped working. According to their website, the company was to issue out new sim cards via mail to customers as of April 15th (suppose to take 2-4 weeks); I still haven't gotten my sim as of today June 19th. I sent various emails, created service tickets, called their business phone; everything is a dead end. I need my funds on my account refunded back. Such a useless company!
