I have a lot to say, so let me break it down easily:PROS:- maintenance is quick to respond to your issues and has excellent customer service- management takes care of you well if you’re an active tenant with minor issues- they have a great parcel delivery system- they communicate well in advance of upcoming monthly fire alarm testingCONS:- applying for an apartment is like pulling teeth. As a previous review stated, they won’t respond to emails, you have to call them continuously to set up a viewing and they take a while to process your application- parking is covered but not underground. The pathways in the garage are tight so you have to be careful leaving and entering. I haven’t had issues with break ins but have heard stories. Just don’t leave valuables in your car- there is no official security desk, they do have some security guards at night who sit in the front but that’s about it- you can tell they rushed to finish this apartment building because there’s paint stains all over the floor that makes it look dirty. Some of my power outlets were crooked.- management is impossible to get a hold of if you have actual issues to address. They are horrendous at responding to emails, and basically never answer their phones when you call them. I end up going to speak with them in person in their office just to get an answer and get screwed because I don’t have official communication with them.- I ended up paying for someone’s water for a week after I moved out because I was nice enough to let someone move in early, and got screwed by Jennifer because she told me contractually they had to put my move out date as the 31st even though I told her on multiple occasions (and have the emails to prove it) that I was moving out early to let the next person move in. When I called Wyse, they told me that management said I moved out on the 31st and they need official confirmation to dispute my bill. Apparently the email conversations aren’t enough. I can’t rely on them to send an official confirmation to Wyse because they can’t even put their shoes on right. I know it’s only a few dollars I’m losing, but it’s the principal of the issue that I’m frustrated with.Honestly, I would give this place 1/5 if it weren’t for the maintenance guy. He was the MVP of the building and he doesn’t even work for Quadreal. He’s a contractor they hired.Word of advice to Quadreal: hire another person if Vanessa/Jennifer say they’re overworked so tenants can get proper responses, or help them figure out a better customer service process.

We have lived here over 5 years now. The location is perfect, walking to Library, Market, large grocery store, liquour store, the Y" City Hall

The guy that showed us the apartment I believe his name is shavah was so polite and professional, building looks very clean and organized

6 month mark review.This apartment is great. The location is fantastic. Sometimes I don't drive my car all weekend because there is so much within walking distance. Walking to First Ontario is great. Walking to Hess or James st is great also. Having The farmers market and Nations nearby makes life easy.The apartment itself is nice too. Love the floor to ceiling windows and the deck as well. In suite washer dryer is a must. Parking fee is kinda hefty, but you have a space downtown so it evens out. I find the fixtures to be of a good quality.You may be able to find something a bit cheaper, but you will sacrifice on location and amenities.The layout of our 1 bedroom is perfect for us and our doggos. Green space at city hall and the neighborhood make walking the doggos a snap.The management has been nothing but courteous and quick to respond with us.Love the trash chute. Sometimes it will get clogged because people put boxes down it, but they fix it in a timely manner.Overall, I'm glad we moved here to this apartment. Having a great time here.

The building is terrible. The office leaves multiple notices and rarely complete a job. The furnace had something in the line that cause water to back up and come out. Water was coming out of the walls, floorboard pretty much everywhere. Drano The building wasn't secure until a month ago. I've had to call the police numerous times to report suspicious people in the building.The women in the front office threatened me after, I told her I let someone out of an elevator they were stuck in. She said that it was tampering" and I could be charged with a crime. Even if that's the case and I could be "charged" there's a way to speak to someone and a way not too. She chose the wrong way and proceeded to argue with me in front of 10/15 other tenants.The swimming pool was taken away. The rooftop patio was completed after summer ended. They now charge for the theatre and party rooms.They're building another highrise across the street and you can't sleep past 8 am.They painted the parking garage and got paint on my spouses car.The garbage shoot goes down and tenants leave garbage piled up in front of the garbage shoot.I pay $1525 for an apartment. There's no "luxury"You had better like student housing as they advertise on the McMaster University site. I'd say 65/70% are students.In my opinion it's not worth the cost.Update my GF and I moved out a month early. We left a month early to get out of the building. We rented house for $250 more and it has a garage and way more room."

I am not sure why the ratings are so low, please do not believe them. My husband and I just rented a condo in this building and we couldn’t be happier. The building and the units are clean and well maintained. The management has been amazing at communicating and resolving any requests we have had. Overall, it has been an extremely positive experience and we love living here. I highly recommend this place if you are thinking of renting in downtown Hamilton!

The building has 25 floors, but the elevator is broken. It's been a week, and only one elevator is functioning，but breaking sometimes. The blame for the elevator not being repaired in time was also put on the elevator company. The property also did not pay any compensation. If you like living in a challenging building, this is perfect for you.
